Nestled just a few miles from the coast of Devon and Cornwall, Koa Tree Camp is a luxury campsite with a taste for adventure. Set amongst a 30 acre farm, we provide a base from which to enjoy all of the activities and beauty that this area of the UK has to offer.

From the North Travelling south on the M5, leave at junction 27 and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple As you reach Barnstaple, join the A39 (the Atlantic Highway) south towards Bude Follow this road for several miles until you reach signs for Clovelly and Hartland About 4 miles after the turning to Hartland you will come to a long bend with a pine woodland on the left Shortly after this you will reach a small crossroads with a signpost to Welcombe on the right Koa Tree Camp is approximately 400m down this road and you will see the signs as you approach us Please go past the shop car park and take the next left into the camp site car park (clearly marked). From the South Take the A39 north past Bude and Kilkhampton Shortly after Kilkhampton, you will go past a large field of solar panels on your right and a few miles further on you will see a sign to Morwestow on your left After a few miles you will see signs on the side of the road to The Old Smithy and Welcombe on your left Koa Tree Camp is approximately 400m down this road and you will see the signs as you approach us Please go past the shop car park and take the next left into the camp site car park (clearly marked).
