White Horse Holiday Park
White Horse Holiday Park is located overlooking Weymouth Bay. It is 3 miles from the town centre and 1_ miles from the beach by road. The views are truly superb, including Portland and its harbour to the southwest - one can also see Lyme Bay beyond the Chesil Bank - and inland to the hills and the Osmington White Horse. All caravans have a sea or country view, in most cases unobstructed, and offer a high standard of accommodation. The Park is in an excellent location for visiting Dorset's many historic sites, beauty spots, and tourist attractions. Those interested in walking and rural pursuits will find the Park well placed for their needs. Watersports and other activities are also available nearby. It is also ideal for a traditional family seaside holiday with the advantages of a smaller park having resident owners in a beautiful rural location. The Park is open for holidays from the last weekend of March to the first weekend in November - exact dates vary depending on the calendar - booking is advisable at all dates and normally essential from July through September, at Bank Holidays, and for October half term. We are open for owners of fully winterised caravans on Park from 1st March to 15th January. There is a small laundry facility on Park with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, this is free to use for guests staying on the Park.

Driving to the Park Arriving from the east, Poole or London direction, you can leave the A35 and A31 at Bere Regis and travel via Wool and the A352. Alternatively another two miles on the A35 and you can take the B3390. Either of these is much shorter and quicker than going via Dorchester and Weymouth. From or via the Midlands or any other directions travelling via Dorchester take the A354 towards Weymouth. The Weymouth Relief Road opened in March 2011, leave this at the first roundabout coming from Dorchester, signposted Littlemore, and then follow signs for Preston, and then take the A353 towards Osmington and Wareham, we are about a half mile up the hill from Preston. If have not made a reservation but you wish to visit the Park, for example in order to view a caravan, we strongly advise you to contact us before making travel arrangements as we are a small family-run park. Public Transport to the Park If you are not coming by car you will normally want to take a taxi from Weymouth. While there are good bus services in the Weymouth area there is not one which will bring you to the entrance to the Park. See Buses in Frequently Asked Questions. You can reach Weymouth by train from Waterloo or by various buses and coaches. There are hourly or more frequent trains and also a direct service from Bristol. There are good long distance bus or coach services to Weymouth from a number of towns and cities. Do call or email if we may be able to advise you.
