Quiet, family-run park with easy access to the Kielder Forest and Pennine Way
Border Forest Holiday Park offers guests a peace, quiet location with excellent walks in the heart of Northumberland. Situated off the A68, the secluded family-run park is located next to a National Park and has direct access to the mighty Kielder Forest.
The Pennine Way runs through the lower part of the park and is a paradise for walkers, hikers and four-legged friends. There are a variety of activities and attractions nearby, including mountain biking, horse-riding, fishing, and golf, and the world-renowned Hadrian’s Wall.
Border Forest Holiday Park offers well-maintained, spacious pitches that cater for motorhomes, touring caravans and tents. The three-acre touring area boasts hard standing pitches with electric hook-ups, fully equipped static caravans and camping pods.
Modern toilet and shower blocks blend discreetly into the surrounds and a small communal kitchen has a fridge/freezer and microwave. There are plenty of picnic and barbecue areas for fun family dining. Two motel en-suite rooms offer a bed and breakfast option for those wanting extra pampering. Border Forest does not have a shop onsite.
