Well-kept, family-run park just five miles from Wigtown Bay

Drumroamin Farm Camping and Caravan Site is privately owned, family-run caravan and campsite ideally placed for exploring Wigtown Bay, Glentrool and Kirroughtree. The spacious, open campsite boasts beautiful views of Wigtown Bay and the surrounding hills. The park is also extremely popular with mountain bikers, who can experience the thrills of several mountain bike trails in the nearby Galloway Forest Park.
This impressive part of Scotland has some of the darkest skies in Europe and is the perfect spot for stargazing and watching other galactic activities. By day, the area around Drumroamin Farm is also a haven for birdwatching and fishing and is a short drive from the lovely little coastal village of Wigtown.

The caravan and camping site is immaculately maintained by a friendly, welcoming team. The flat, well-drained open field offers pitches for 20 EHU pitches and 30 non-electric pitches, as well as two holiday-let static caravans. A modern, heated shower and toilet block features free hot water showers, separate family/disabled room, and a dishwashing area with coin-operated machines.
Other excellent onsite facilities at this friendly Park, include an indoor playroom with TV, DVD player and books for cooler, rainy days, and secure lock-up storage for bikes and boats. Children can enjoy the beautiful outdoors at a large, specially designated play area next to the park. There is also a lovely woodland dog walk just one mile from the site.
