Bookings and payment

BOOKING:
The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of your payment and sends the email confirmation from us.
All rentals are personal and can not be sublet or assigned.
ARRIVAL:
the day of arrival the rental will be available from 16:00 (maximum arrival time 20.00) and for pitches at 12:00.
In the absence of a written message from the customer stating that he had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental becomes available after 24:00 arrival date specified on the contract and settlement entégral settlement of services will be required. The telephone message are not allowed.
DEPARTURE:
The day of the scheduled departure, the rental will be fully paid and clean in the morning between 8:00 and 10:00 at the latest. The locations will be released between 8:00 and 12:00 at the latest.

PAYMENT:
The balance of payment must reach the Heart Camping Ardèche later than 31 days before the expected date of arrival. Attention this deadline, failing total settlement, we will consider your rental canceled.
You can spread the payment on request. If paying by ANCV, you must send the single recommended.
The tourist tax of € 0.60 / adult person you will be requested upon arrival
CANCELLATION:
A cancellation insurance is offered, it is strongly advised to subscribe to obtain possible compensation in case of cancellation or early departure. Rates: 2.50 € per night for rentals and € 15 stay in place. Any stay registered without subscription to the cancellation insurance will not give rise to any refund.
-If Canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the amount of the deposit and administration fees remain acquired Camping Coeur d'Ardèche. If you subscribed to the cancellation insurance, send a recommended camping and report the claim within 5 days from the insurer.
-If Canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total balance will be requested (see PAYMENT). If you subscribed to the cancellation insurance, you can make a claim stating the claim within 5 business days from the insurer after informing the campsite by registered letter.
-In Case of interruption of stay, you can claim compensation only if you have subscribed to the cancellation insurance. For this, immediately contact the insurer and request a campsite early departure clearance.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
Heart Camping Ardèche subscribed, with an insurance company (coordinated forwarded on request), an insurance policy to cover you if you wish against the consequences of a booking cancellation or interruption of your stay . This insurance must be purchased when booking or upon payment of the deposit. This insurance protects you in case of serious illness, death, redundancy, accident or theft of your vehicle or caravan occurring on the way to visit places of stay. You can ask the general conditions of this insurance by mail or mail upon request from you.
BAIL:
For rentals (not for locations) you will be asked on arrival (see a and b)
- A) a € 150 deposit, check, guarantee of accommodation in good condition, it will be resituated departure. The states of departure locations will place upon your departure
- B) a sum of 50 €, by check, accommodation cleanliness guarantee. If cleaning is not satisfactory or if you do not want to make the household, this amount will be retained to do the housework to our staff.
For foreign customers or without check book: an imprint of CB or depositing the cash deposit will be requested.
ANIMAL:
Leashed or caged on the campsite, owners must pick up their dirt. The health contract, tattoos and vaccination certificates are required.
CIVIL INSURANCE:
Guests must be subscribed to civil liability valid. This must be presented upon arrival.
RULES OF PROCEDURE:
-The Clients are required to comply with the rules of procedure of Camping Heart of Ardèche. The courts of Privas are competent in case of dispute.
PROMOTIONS:
-The customer beneficiaries promotions -25%, -30% or -50% will be present during the entire reservation period. In case of early departure, the rate will be adjusted accordingly, the promotion will not apply.
