Bookings and payment

GENERAL

1- The reception desk is open from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..
2- Silence must be total during the night (11pm to 6 :30am).
3- Pets are admitted at the condition that they are vaccinated (vaccination document required) and that they are walked at a leash. Pets are not allowed to stay alone at the camping site and must be walked outside of the camping. It is strictly forbidden to enter pets in the bathroom
4 - The traffic inside the camping is prohibited from 23:00-06:30. The barrier to entry is closed during this period. No exceptions will be granted.
5 - The bathrooms are cleaned from 10am to 12pm.

SITE TENT / CARAVAN / CAMPING-CARS

1- The one-night stays are settled on arrival.
2- Stays more than one night MUST adjust the eve of departure.
3- The pitch number chosen MUST be notified to the reception.
4- If the stay is extended, it is necessary to ask permission at least 24 hours in advance.

LEASE CONTRACT (MOBILE HOME/COCO-SWEET)

1.The rent is personal; it is prohibited to under rent, or assign the rental to third parties. Tents are not allowed on the location. For safety reasons, minors are not accepted other than accompanied by their parents
2.In high season (from June to the end of August) the rent is from saturday to saturday. The arrivals are from 3 :00pm and the departures between 8:30 am and 10 :00am (book an appointment the day before the departure, for the state of the mobil-home).
3.The tenant engages himself to respect the interior rules of the camping site as posted at the entrance; he will especially respect his neighbours and avoid any noise between 10 pm. and 8 am. Neglecting this clause may cause expulsion without reimbursement of the stay.
4.All reservations will be validated by the reception of the lease contract duly filled and signed, accompanied with a advance representing 50 % of the amount of the stay including set-up fees (10 €). The balance is to be paid the day of the arrival. You have to have an insurance against theft, the fire, the bad weather, and in civil liability. The broken glass is under your own responsibility
5.Be warned that in case of arrival delay. After 8 :30 pm, without a call from your part, the camping site has the right to take disposal of the accommodation. From the next day noon and always without news from you, your reservation will be cancelled and reimbursement will be made
6.In case of a disclaimer 1 month before arrival date, your down payment will be reimbursed when it concerns proven hospitalization or other such severe matters. The paid administration fee will be kept by the camping site.
7.When the stay is already begun there is no possible refund because of early departure, whether it that is the reasons. The days of absence will not be deducted
8.In case of force majeure and it is true before a date of the stay, if the camping could not honor the reservation, the advance would entirely be paid off.
9.Every person not mentioned on the contract will not be accepted in the renting (the renting cannot welcome that the maximum number of people authorized).
10.Pets are admitted in certain accommodations at the condition that they are vaccinated (vaccination document required) and that they are walked at a leash. Pets are not allowed to stay alone at the camping site and must be walked outside of the camping.
11.Visitors can be admitted on the camping site when first presented to the reception desk with an identity document. They have to park their car outside the camping site.
12.At your arrival a surety (MANDATORY) of 200 € will be charged including 65 € for the cleaning. They will be returned on the day of departure after the accommodation has been left behind to our satisfaction. Cleaning of the hired property is up to the tenant. After the stay the property has to be returned in perfect state of cleanliness. If on the contrary 65 € will be kept by the camping site. Any deterioration will be immediately charged and settled.
13.At arrival you should check the inventory of the hired property and inform us within 24 hours of any abnormalities. After this period your report will not be taken into consideration
14.It is necessary to plan hand towels, sheets, cases of bolster and pillows, linen and cleaning products..
15.NO SMOCKING in the mobil-home.
