- Additional city tax 0,55 € per day for the persons more than 18 years old.

General Sales Terms

Booking any stays involve full acceptance of the sales terms by the contracting parties.

1/ ALLOWANCES

Pitches rental:

We provide you with an empty site of 100 m² with electricity, water and drainage. Welcoming until 8 persons, you could install your tent, caravan or Camping Car.
Pitches are available from midday on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12.00 on the day of departure. Any overtaking will result in an invoicing for an additional day.
The package includes: free access to the sanitary arrangements, the heated swimming pool, the lake, reception, the game areas and entertainments (offered in July and August).
Supplements: additional vehicle, additional persons, visitors, animals, storage, taxes of stay will be subject of a daily supplement.

Accommodation rental:

Rental periods and duration: weekly rentals in high season or 2 nights minimum outside the months of July and August.
In High Season, accommodations are rented week by week, from Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday (yurts and Mobil homes).
The package includes: accommodation rental, extra charges (water, gas, and electricity), access to the reception, the heated swimming pool, the lake, the games areas and entertainments ( in July and August).
The package does not include: bed linen, final cleaning, guaranty cancellation and taxes of stay, visitors, animals, additional persons, additional vehicle.
Supplements: You have the possibility to rent sheets or baby's bed (depending on availability. It must be necessary to book).
Rentals are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure. Any overtaking will result in an invoicing for an additional day.
Guarantee deposit: A refundable breakage and cash deposit of 230 € is payable on arrival. Any breakage will be charged as shown on the inventory list provided in each accommodation or as estimated to repair.
The customer must do the cleaning. The accommodation must be returned in perfect condition. In the contrary case, cleaning service is available for 45 €.

Related Activities

All the activities mentioned in this document, whether free or for a fee, may be in certain circumstances independent of our will modified or cancelled when you arrive at the campsite. In this case, we cannot be held responsible for such an occurrence.

2/ PAYMENT OF THE STAY

Booking become permanently after confirmation of our services, after reception of your booking by internet, phone or by post and after reception of the deposit (30 % of deposit + administration charge).
Then, we'll send you a confirmation by mail or by post.

Pitches: the balance of the stay has to be paid the day before the departure.
Accommodations: the balance of your holiday cost is due for payment 1 month prior to the start date of your holiday.
After that your reservation may be cancelled without notice and deposit won't be refunded.
There won't be any refund for late arrivals or early departures.
Modification of the stay: possibilities of modifications under reserve of availabilities.

Way of payment:

Check (to the order of S.A.G.A), holidays check, cash, credit card or transfer (Caisse d'Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charente – 7 rue Victor Hugo – 86000 POITIERS, FRANCE. IBAN FR76 1333 5004 0108 8907 2475 410, BIC CEPAFRPP 333). You'll have to mention the number of your booking on the order of the transfer.

3/ LAST MINUTE BOOKING

Any booking made within a period of 30 days before the date of departure must be paid in full, using a bank card only.

4/LATE ARRIVALS/EARLY DEPARTURES:

Customers not arriving within 24 ours of the confirmed start date of the holiday, or the advised date of arrival, will have the reservation cancelled without refund of payment.

5 / CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations must be notified by post, which shall go into effect on the date of receipt of the letter.
More than 120 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: the deposit is returned.
Between 30 days and 120 days prior to the arrival date: the deposit and the booking fees are retained and treated as payment of cancellation costs.
Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, or in the event of no-arrival at the campsite: the full rental amount becomes payable.

6/INSURANCES AND GUARANTEE CANCELLATION:

The Lake of Saint Cyr refuses to accept responsibility for loss or the damaged articles and cars. At your arrival, you have to show your insurance (civil liability, car insurance).

You may take out optional insurance against cancellation at the same time as you make your booking. This takes into consideration the refunding of amounts paid by the client for bookings, barring administrative costs and insurance.
Conditions applicable: refunds will be made, upon proof of the reasons for your cancellation, in the following cases: Accident on the journey to the camp site, hospitalisation or decease of the insured party, his/her spouse/partner or direct descendant. Redundancy of the insured or their spouse or partner arising after booking. Serious incidents requiring the presence of the insured on the departure day, due to theft, fire or a natural disaster directly affecting the insured's property. Cancellation insurance shall cease to come into effect as of the scheduled date of arrival according to the contract and shall not take effect during the stay. In any case, it is up to the client to take out insurance for civil liability and in the case of theft, fire, bad weather, injury or damage that may be incurred by clients or their property during their stays. The camp site declines all liability should these legal requirements not be respected.

7/CAMPSITE RULES:

All of our tenants are obliged to keep themselves to the house regulations of the campsite.

8 / MINORS

Minors not accompanied by their parents cannot be accepted at our campsite, except with parental certificates.

9/ PETS

Dogs and cats, except for dogs of category 1 and 2, are admitted in our campsite.
We require dogs to be kept on a lead within the campsites. Please comply with the rules for hygiene and the environment at the host campsite. The health certificate must be presented at the time of your arrival at the campsite. Anti-rabies booster vaccinations and tattoo certificates are compulsory.

10/ CLAIMS

Any possible claim with respect to a stay must be specified in writing and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days following your stay
