Terms & Conditions - Camping Bellevue
All rentals are personal and may not be assigned or sublet.
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
Arrival between 15 hours and 18 hours 30 minutes out between 9:00 and 10:00. Arrival before the date and time scheduled exposes the vacationer to do to occupy the facility retained, unless otherwise agreed with the management of the campsite.
All persons coming to visit must be reported to the office. They must park in the parking lot outside the campsite. Only one vehicle is allowed per site.

The pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the campsite.
Minor children playing and bathing under the supervision and responsibility of their parents.
The reservation is effective only upon agreement and a down payment of 30% of the total amount.
The balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.
For rentals in any case the number of people shall exceed that specified in the contract.
Cancellation: whatever the reasons and the date of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited to Bellevue campsite. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance.
For rentals you will be asked for your arrival a deposit of € 450 for the hardware and a deposit of 50 € for cleaning that will be returned by mail three days after check-out deduction made for any damages (material degradation) . (check or credit card imprint)
On arrival, you must control the inventory of rental accommodation and inform us no later than 3 hours after arrival of any anomaly. After this time, it will no longer be taken into account. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, the rent must be left in perfect condition.
If necessary he would be retained deposit of € 50 (or more) for cleaning.
For any reservation if for some reason or another, the length of stay is shortened, the amount will remain to Bellevue campsite.
Failure occupancy 24 hours after the scheduled date for locations like the holiday, they will cease to be used, it will be assigned to another person and your payment we will acquire.
The reception desk is open until 19 hours in July and August and up to 18 hours in low season.
We can not accept arrivals outside the times listed above.
Tents are not allowed on the plots of mobile home
Access the campsite is reserved in our sole customer, a check can be made at any time.
The tenant or camper to be insured for liability. Camping assumes no liability for theft, fire, and incident concerning the civil responsibility of the camper or tenant.
The application must be accompanied by a check or money order payable to Bellevue campsite. Checks drawn on a foreign bank or Eurochèque are not accepted.
Payment by credit card and ANCV checks are accepted.
