Bookings and payment

RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS /BOOKING REGULATIONS

*A reservation means,that you have the garantee that you will find a site or Chalet or mobil home at your disposal on your day of arrival.
We are trying to allocate the requested object of your choice , but if by any means your choosen object is no more available we make the effort to give you a location similar or nearby.
*The rental stay-over period for a site starts at 14.00 h on the day of arrival an and lasts till 12.00 h of the day of departure .
*The rental period for a chalet or mobilhome starts at 16.00 h on the day of arrival and lasts till 10.00 h of the day of departure .
*The pre- reservated site or chalet/mobilhome can't be hold at your disposal, if you don't confirm the reservations papers within 15 days.
*In case of cancellation 30 days or more before the date of your arrival, 30% of the total rental amount will be charged.
Cancellation in less than 30 days before your arrival date ,means that the whole rental amount will be charged.
In all cases administration fees will be charged.
*Deferred arrival date or cancellation must be confirmed at the campsite in writing. Telephone messages will not be accepted.If no written cancellation will be received 24 hours after the agreed date of arrival the campsite retains the right to relet the accomadation.
No reductions will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
*The whole rental amount for a site must be paid on arrival.
*The whole rental amount for a mobilhome or chalet must be paid in advance minimum 30 days before the date of arrival.
*All clients must be conform to the rules and the regulations of the campsite ( available at the reception)
No accomodation can be sub-let at a third party.
*Any disagreement between parties will be settled by the appointed Court of Law of Toulouse
