Bookings and payment

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENT :
The rental agreement this joined(contacted) must be signed and sent back with a deposit(advance) of 25 % of the amount of the stay.
The balance must be settled(adjusted) 30 days at least before the date of arrival to the site, or the chalet can be redistributed.
Price lists(Rates) include:
- Set-up fees
- The rent of the chalet,
- Sheets
- Necessity of cleaning of the chalet
- The access to the playground, and the summer in the ward and in the swimming pool
- The loads(responsibilities) of water and gas, the electricity in fixed quantity.
- The loan of a kit baby and of MOUNTAIN BIKE according to availability
- For a week of rent: 2 machines (wash linen / sandbank linen) offered, 3 € by additional machine.

Price lists(Rates) do not include:
- The 0.4€ tourist tax a person(by nobody) of more than 18 years and by overnight stay.
- The consumption of electricity beyond the fixed price(package) (charged to the price list(rate) current EDF)

Condition of cancellation:
The deposit(advance) is anyway restored.
The balance remains due if the cancellation is made in 30 days before your arrival on the site.
No refund(repayment) will be made for any breach of contract during the rent.

Arrivals and departures in July August:
The arrivals are made from 16 hours on Saturdays after noon(south)
The departures are made to 10 am on Saturdays mornings
For any dispensation in these schedules please warn(prevent) us, thank you.

Arrived on the site:
A 280-€ pledge by rented(praised) chalet will be asked you upon your arrival in two checks:
A 50-€ check for option arranges at the end of stay, ü A 230-€ check of renting pledge to cover the possible damages If everything is in accordance we sends back checks under 15 days after your departure.
For the groups booking the room, the 280-€ pledge (a 230-€ check and one of 50 euros) The tourist tax will be asked you (put back in tax authorities) A discharge, as well as an inventory with statement of the meter will be asked to you to sign.

Departure of the site: please indicate us the day before the hour to which plan to leave you the site, to plan produce one you for the current situation.
Chalets must be returned in perfect condition by cleanliness. You can choose to leave us, as far as the reasonable, your household.
In this case the 50-euro check will not be restored to you.

Animals:
Our friends animals are not authorized on the site, except very exceptional dispensation.
