REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS

1) MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS (including babies and infants) must not exceed the limits stated for the accommodation or camping plot. Additional guest(s) will be subject to payment of the relevant fees.
2) VISITORS to the campsite are not permitted to bring a vehicle on site and must be registered by the guest in person at reception. Each visitor will be required to deposit their ID or Passport at reception until the end of their stay. Overnight stays for visitors are permitted subject to payment of the additional fees in accordance with the maximum numbers for the accommodation or camping plot.
3) MINORS under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian and will be required to have their own form of ID or passport.
4) AMENDMENTS to bookings incurring additional charges must be paid for at reception upon arrival.
5) DOGS are permitted on site. Dogs must be registered at reception upon arrival and are required to hold a current vaccination certificate and be either tattooed or have a microchip. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and may not enter the swimming pool areas or visit the beach.
6) LES SABLONS accepts no responsibility for theft and/or damage to vehicles or personal belongings within the campsite. Guests are required to hold suitable insurance to cover for their personal liability whilst on the campsite.
7) WRISTBANDS must be worn at all times whilst on the campsite; and is required for access to the pool areas and involvement in any campsite activities.
8) VISITORS are not permitted to use the pool areas. Acceptable bathing wear includes swimming trunks, boxers, bikinis or one piece bathing suits which are suitable. SHORTS AND BERMUDAS are not permitted.
9) MINIMUM HEIGHT for unaccompanied children using the waterslides is 1.3m (4' 3)
10) Only ELECTRIC BARBECUES are allowed. FIRES are NOT permitted on the beach.
11) SPEED LIMIT within the campsite is 10 km/h (6.5 mph). Driving on the campsite between the hours of 12.00am and 7.00am (0000 - 0700) is not permitted. The access gate to the beach will be closed between the hours of 11.00pm and 7.00am (2300 - 0700).
12) SANITARY BLOCKS shall be kept in a clean condition. Children are not permitted to play in the sanitary blocks at any time.
13) NOISE should be kept to a minimum between the hours of Midnight to 8.00am (0000 - 0800) to prevent disturbance to other guests.
14) LES SABLONS prides itself on its hospitality and maintaining a family-friendly and happy environment. WE reserve the right to refuse entry and/or exclude any person from the campsite in the event we feel our terms and conditions are not being observed.
15) CHECK-IN for new arrivals is open from 11.00am (1100). You will be given a wristband for each registered guest which gives you access to all our facilities and activities. KEYS will be available up to 5.00pm (1700) for accommodations and up to 2.00pm (1400) for camping plots.
16) CHECK-OUT shall be before 10.00am (1000) on the day of departure for accommodations and before 12.00pm (1200) for camping plots.
FOR ACCOMMODATIONS:
17) You will be required to complete an inventory check of the items within your accommodation. Please fill out the inventory sheet provided upon Check-in and return it to reception within 24 hours of your arrival.
18) You must ensure that your accommodation is cleaned before 10.00am on the day of your departure. We are able to offer a cleaning service (excluding kitchens and dishes etc.) for a nominal charge payable at reception.
19) You can make an appointment up to 3 days before departure to arrange for a final inspection of the accommodation and inventory check (your deposit will be returned after successful inspection and checks).
20) If no final inspection has been arranged, our cleaning staff will inspect the property in your absence. In the event the accommodation is not handed back to us in the same condition as at the commencement of your stay we reserve the right to make a charge for cleaning up to a maximum of 150 euro.
21) In the event of damage to the accommodation or its contents, we reserve the right to charge you up to a maximum of 400 euro to cover the costs of repair and/or replacement.
22) We are only responsible for the INFORMATION provided in media specific to our establishment (brochure, website etc.). The links to our potential partners are verifiable directly with our reception (by phone or email, 7 days a week in season) or on our website at www.les-sablons.com.
23) In case of LITIGATION, the jurisdiction of judgment is referred to the courts of Béziers. Any potential claims in respect of the establishment's breaches must be reported in writing within 30 days of departure.
24) MEDIATION. You have the option to enter the Médicys Mediation Center after one month following the sending of your LRAR mail to our institution. To do this you must file an online file on the following website www.medicys.fr or by mail: Medicys, 73 bd de Clichy, 75009 PARIS.
25) PERSONAL DATA we collect about you will not be shared with any third party. It will remain strictly reserved for our own use, within the framework of our contractual relation, to retain such information in relation to your preferences and specific areas of interest. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, change and remove any personal data concerning yourself.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) On making a booking or reservation, you confirm your acceptance and agreement to our Booking Terms and Conditions.
2) On making a booking, you are required to complete and sign a Booking Request with the appropriate deposit and booking fee. Your booking will NOT be accepted until we confirm your requested dates. Please present your Booking Confirmation to reception at Check-in on arrival.
3) All reservations are nominative. They cannot be sublet. The management has right to refuse all the guests not registered in the booking request.
4) Reservations are NOT transferable and cannot be sublet. THE MANAGEMENT reserves the right to refuse entry to the campsite to any person who is not registered as a guest on the Booking Request.
5) All our PRICES are available on the website or by phone or in person onsite. They are likely to vary up or down. When the customer requests a QUOTE or an OPTION, the price and the availability of the product are always time-limited (please refer to our correspondence). After this period, the price indicated as well as the availability of the product is no longer guaranteed.
6) RETROACTIVITY. The price applicable to the stay is the price in effect the day of the reservation, or the price indicated on the nominative option whose validity period is not over yet. Any benefits or promotions offered by our establishment after the booking date can't be applied to an already confirmed reservation, regardless of whether it has been paid fully or partially.
7) The BALANCE OF THE FULL COSTS of your stay must be paid for 30 days in advance of your arrival. In the event your arrival date is within 4 weeks of your booking you will be required to pay for the full cost of your stay upon booking.
8) THE MANAGEMENT reserves the right to cancel your reservation and retain any deposit paid should the balance of the cost of your stay remain unpaid within the 30 days before your arrival.
9) The Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
10) Guests arriving later than 7.30 p.m. are required to inform reception (by phone, email etc.). On arrival, the night guard will provide any keys and retain a single piece of ID for collection at reception the following day.
11) We regret that we are unable to refund any costs of your stay as a result of late arrival or early departure (see cancellation guarantee).
12) In the event you wish to change or amend your arrival and /or departure date, please inform the reception. In the event of late or non arrival on the date shown on your Booking Confirmation we reserve the right to cancel your booking (within 24 hours) without refund.
13) CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: For cancellations made before the 1 June your deposit will be refunded (100% for plots, 50% for accommodations) however, we will retain the booking fee. After this date all payments are non-refundable. Please see our Cancellation Guarantee (below)
