Terms and conditions for sales for 2020
1)Option – Booking:
Option: You can request by writing (mail or e-mail) to make an option of reservation. This option cannot exceed 10 days maximum. We don't relaunch you automatically at the end of the option.
Booking: Booking can be effective only when you receive a confirmation by mail or e-mail and you have pay the advance of 30% (or all the stay if your book less-than 30 days) + dossier fees (+ optional cancellation insurance ). During the reservation, you can ask the campsite to have special requests. However, even if the campsite commit to take care of it, we cannot ensure to satisfy it. Balance of your stay will have to be paid one month after your arrival.
In case of failure to pay of your balance, the campsite cannot be obliged to maintain your reservation. Booking is nominative and cannot be transfer or sublease. Minor have to be accompanied by at least one parent.
2)Pre booking:
Pre booking for year 2020 can be taken since the end of your stay to 22 September 2019. To profit of rate indicated, you have to pay the advance before 30 September 2019. Otherwise, you have to make a booking this 2020 rates.
Like a booking, you have to go back contract completed and signed stating names, first names and dates of birth of all people present at the campsite during your stay.
3)Payment method – Rates:
Advance and balance: Advance will have to be accompanied of reservation contract signed. Other payment have to do at the latest of 1 month before your arrival with client reference. If you want pay at your arrival, you have to pay 50% of your stay before your arrival.
Payment method: Campsite accept payment by credit card or credit transfer or by cash.
You can stagger your payment until one month before your arrival.
Rates: Price of rental of pitch or rental of bungalow is stated exclusive of tourist tax. Prices release by the campsite don't have contractual value and can be changed at any time, without notice. Contractual price is the fixed price during the booking.
Tourist tax: Tourist tax are mandatory. Price will be fixed by Argeles sur mer municipality.
4)Deposit:
Accommodation: At your arrival, a deposit of €350 for the good return will be asked. It will be destroy when you leave your accommodation, after a check-out subject degradation or lacking piece.
A €80 deposit about good cleaning accommodation (€60 if your stay is less of 3 nights) will be required at your arrival and be destroyed, subject good cleaning. This deposit is required even if you take cleaning option.
In case of loss, breakage or deterioration, that could be deduce of your deposit. Prices about equipment or accessories inside your accommodation will be available at the office.
Various rentals: Deposit will be required for all equipment rental (as baby kit, television,…). Prices is fixed depending of cost of equipment and available at the office.
This deposit will be destroyed after you are coming back this the equipment rent at the office or after control with technical service in working order.
5)Lenght of stay:
Accommodation: Rental during high season is minimum duration of 1 week, 7 nights (Saturday-Saturday / Wednesday-Wednesday). During low season, rental is minimum duration of 2 nights.
Pitch: You can rent a pitch for one night.
6)Arrival – Departure:
Generalities: No arrival or departure can be realised when the office is closed, except with direction agreement. You have to contact the office before 5:00pm to signal a potential tardive arrival.
Accommodation: Accommodation's arrival do from 4:00pm. You have to leave the accommodation before 11:00am.
Pitch: Arrivals in pitch do from 3:00pm. You have to leave the pitch before 12:00pm.
Late: In case of late for arrival, client have to call the office at +33(0)4.68.81.02.63 before 5:00pm. After 24 hours, if you don't inform us of your tardive arrival, the rental can be re-rented, except force majeure.
7)Modification – Cancellation – Advance departure:
Modification: All modification have to be signalled by written and that will not permit except with direction's agreement.
Cancellation insurance: Cancellation insurance is recommended. Before to subscribe, we invite you to read general terms and conditions of sale of Gritchen Affinity for “Campez Couvert” contract (www.campez-couvert.com). Cancellation insurance have to be subscribed when you book your stay, before payment of advance.
Cancellation: All cancellation have to be notified with letter of acknowledgment which take effect at receipt of the letter. If you didn't subscribed insurance, amount paid was lost. If you have subscribe of cancellation insurance, you have bond with the company who will give you all information to be repaid.
Advance departure: All advance departure concerning dates written during the reservation cannot be repaid, for an accommodation or a pitch.
8)Pets:
Only one pet is authorized by pitch with an extra by night. 1st category of dogs is forbidden inside the campsite as well as new companion animal. Immunization record has to be showed and up-to-date with insurance certificate. Pet cannot to be leave alone in a pitch or inside an accommodation, and you have to keep it on a leash. It doesn't have access at the swimming pool, nor sanitary. Owner has to pick up stains and respect cleanliness.
9)Disorders and annoyances – Internal regulations:
Each occupant is in responsible of disorders and annoyances brought about people stayed in the pitch or accommodation. In case of disorders or annoyances, we can stop immediately the contract without compensation, without prejudice of request of reparation the campsite or other persons could be ask. It's compulsory to wear campsite wristbands. All failures by the internal regulations or swimming pool internal regulations lead up to exclusion out the campsite. Charcoal barbecue, fire, Chicca, etc. are prohibited.
10) Security:
Accommodations cannot welcome more than number of personnel authorized. On pitches, you cannot be more as 6 persons. In case of abusive occupation, we can close immediate and without fees, without prejudice of request of reparation the campsite or other persons could be ask.
11) Video surveillance:
We inform you our campsite is with video surveillance to ensure security, see offences and regulate enter or exit. Video are intended to the staff. For any information, contact the office where you can exercise access to image right concerning you, video keep 14 days in accordance with “Computing and Liberties” Law.
12) Image right:
During your stay, you can be photographed or filmed for design our flyers, without fees, except you inform you written at the office when you arrive.
13) Right of withdrawal:
Pursuant article L221-28 of consumer Code, withdrawal right cannot be exercise for service provision of accommodation, other than residential accommodations which have to book for a date or a specific period.
14) Personal data processing:
Pursuant UE regulation 2016/679 of European Parliament and by the Council of 27 April 2016, meeting protection of individuals with regard to the process of personal data and on the free movement on such data, and repealing Council directive 95/46/CE about general regulation about data protection, personal data given will be conserved during all the time of business relationship. Personal data will be keep during 3 years for sales leads and during the end of business relationship. Bank data cannot be kept only during the time of the operation. As Technology and individual freedom of 6 January 1978, you have rights of question, access, remove, objection, and correction of personal data you concerning. By adhering to this general terms and conditions of sale, you consent we collect and use this data to achievement of the contract. By written you e-mail address in our website, you will receive data with information and promotional offer concerning our establishment. You can unsubscribe when you want. 15) Mediator:
In accordance with provisions of article L612-1 of Consumer Law, any client of the campsite can use the right to resort free to a consumer mediator to make an amicable resolution of a dispute which can oppose to the owner. 16) Applicable law:
All terms written in the present general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all the buying and selling which is referred will be subject to the French law.
