Sales Terms and Conditions
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.loiseliere.com. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers. The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay. According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment.
I. GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
I.I RESERVE A RENT
1. Payment of a deposit. At the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay will be requested. Booking fees are offered.
2. Cautions. On arrival,a deposit is required: 250 € for damage or missing equipment and cleaning fee.
3. Third party liability insurance. Your civil liability insurance guarantees you during your stay, it is mandatory to be able to tell us the name of your insurance company and the policy number.
4. Full payment of the stay. The balance of the stay is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
5. Confirmation. The reservation becomes effective with our agreement, and after receipt of the deposit. A confirmation letter will be sent to you. All bookings are nominative and can not be sold or sublet.
In the case of a rental by a person under 20, the latter must be accompanied by a parent on arrival and departure. In this case, a signed parental authorization will also be required upon booking for all participants under 20.

II. GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
II.I - RENTAL
1. Rates include:
- the rental of the chosen model for the number of persons provided for and mentioned in the rental agreement,
- the parking of 1 vehicle close to the chosen rental,
- the consumption of water and electricity,
- the provision of indoor and outdoor rental equipment: refrigerator, dishes, electric plates, garden furniture, bedding and all other inventory items,
- access to free camping equipment
2. Deposit. The checks will be returned to you in your stamped envelope within 7 days after our check.
3. Inventory.
- On your arrival, you will have to make an inventory of ENTRANCE of your rental by means of a paper inventory to give to the reception under 24H. You must report any anomaly within 24 hours. No complaint made later can not be taken into account.
- At your departure, an inventory of OUTPUT of your rental will be made. After this verification by us, we will judge the state of cleanliness of the rental. If we judge the state of cleanliness satisfactory, the deposit will be returned to you. If equipment is missing or damaged, the deposit of 250 € will be retained, the equipment concerned will be billed. Your deposit of 250 € will be returned to you after receipt of the payment of the invoice of the equipment concerned or the notification of assumption of responsibility by your civil liability insurance.
4. Arrivals daily from 4 pm to 7 pm / departures from 7 am to 10 am. Any arrival before the scheduled date and time exposes holidaymakers to not being able to take possession of rental without prior agreement of the management. Any rent not released at 10 am will result in additional billing.
5. Outside July and August, arrangements are made for arrival days and lengths of stay. These amenities are communicated by the campsite via the brochure, the website or during exchange by email or mail. All tenants comply with the rules of the campsite.
II.II PITCH:
1. Rates include
- pitch location for 1 or 2 people with a tent, a caravan
- the parking of 1 vehicle close to the chosen pitch,
Then refer to the additional rates. For motorhomes, van, or other vehicle in which the camper eats or sleeps, we guarantee a suitable pitch only if the installation has been completed on booking.
- access to sanitary facilities with hot water
- access to free camping equipment
Have a European plug for all electrical connections.
2. Arrivals every day between 2 pm and 7 pm / departures before 12 pm. Any arrival before the scheduled date and time exposes holidaymakers to not being able to take possession of the site without the prior agreement of the management. Any location not released at 12 pm will result in an automatic billing of an additional night.
All campers comply with the rules of the campsite.
II.III INDICATIONS ABOUT ANIMALS:
Animals are not accepted in the rentals. Animals are accepted on pitch at the current rate, the basic rules of hygiene are respected (food, sleeping). They should not be left alone. They must be leashed, tattooed and vaccinated. The health book must be in your possession for the entire stay. Dogs of category 1 and 2, rodents and animals over 13kg are prohibited on the campsite (and in rentals).
III. DELAY, INTERRUPTION OF STAY, CANCELLATION OF STAY *.
III.I DELAY *
1. All rentals must be occupied before 8 pm on the day of arrival mentioned on your contract. In the absence of a writing justifying a delay, the hiring is kept 24H. After this period, it ceases to be retained. Reserved dates are due in full.
2. A delay gives rise to a writing (postal mail - registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and / or email - with an acknowledgment of receipt in response from the campsite). For organizational reasons, no telephone message can be taken at the reception of the campsite.
3. A delay caused by road traffic during high season must be reported at the reception of the campsite, by a telephone exchange with the reception or management. For organizational reasons, no telephone message on the voicemail can be taken into account.
III.II INTERRUPTION OF YOUR STAY
1. Any stay interrupted, abbreviated, or early departure from you can not be refunded. Reserved dates are due in full.
2. An interruption of stay gives rise to a writing (postal mail - registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and / or letter delivered by hand to the direction of the campsite and / or email - with an acknowledgment of receipt in response from the camping). For organizational reasons, no telephone message can be taken at the reception of the campsite.
III.III CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY
1. Any stay canceled by you gives rise to:
-In case of cancellation 30 days or more than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival: the deposit paid on booking is retained as compensation for breach of contract.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival: the deposit paid on booking is retained and you are liable for the full amount of your stay as severance benefits.

IV. CANCELLATION INSURANCE
IV.I GENERAL INFORMATION
The campsite Domaine de l'Oiselière offers you a Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity agrees to refund all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers.
The price of the cancellation insurance is 3.5% of the package price and all options.
A subscription form to the cancellation insurance will be sent to you.
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is foreseen in the terms and conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and justificative documents.
IV.III GUARANTEES
To know the guarantees to which you can subscribe, thank you to contact us by email, we will send you the general detailed provisions. The insurance company is the sole decision maker of a reimbursement according to its contractual conditions. Cancellation insurance is optional.
V. MEDIATOR
In case of dispute and after having entered the service customer of the campsite, any customer of the campsite has the possibility to seize a consumer mediator, within a maximum of one year from the date of complaint written, LRAR, from the operator. VI. RESPONSIBILITY
The Camping declines any responsibility for the damages suffered by the camper-camper's equipment which would be of its own making; insurance for your material in the area of civil liability is mandatory.
VII. APPLICABLE RIGHT
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Tribunal de Commerce de La Roche sur Yon.
