Article 1
Important Regulations.
Scope of the General Conditions of Sale
These general conditions of law govern all sales of stays on the site www.campingepibleu.com
They form an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions.
Preliminary to any reservation for a stay and any participating person having been cited in the initial contract in accordance with applicable law, the terms hereof are placed at the disposal of any customer; for customer information purposes beforehand in conclusion of any sale or contract to stay.
They must equally when asked give written details of address of any enterprise, organisation or establishment.
Article 2
Conditions of Reservation
2.1 Price and Settlement Regulations
The price is shown in Euros, TVA inclusive. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is payable for everyone over 18.
For camping pitches, all rentals are personal and cannot be transferred.
Because a reservation is made with defined dates, it must be paid for in total one month before the arrival date.
No specified stay can be shortened or stopped. The management retains the right to decide to extend the stay.
No change of names or replacement of people after the arrival date will be accepted (refer to initial contract).
The rental will be effective with our agreement after receipt of total amount including the 30% reservation fee.
Validation of the reservation and receipt of the deposit of 30%. For those who do not inform us of late changes or delay in rental or pitch, the reservation will become invalid from 3pm on the day following arrival as specified in the contract. After this delay and in the absence of a written notification, the reservation is cancelled and the balance of any payment will revert to the management.
2.2 Changes in the Reservation
No reduction will be given in the case of late arrival or early departure.
2.3. Cancellation
For reservations made with optional cancellation insurance, in the case of cancellation of stay, procedures will be taken with the insurance company.
For reservations made without cancellation insurance, the customer will be liable for payment of their stay in full, regardless of the date of cancellation.
All reservations must be cancelled one month before the date of arrival.
2.4 Consumption Code
Legal arrangements relative to the right of retraction in case of sale sanctions by the Consumption Code is not applicable to the Tourist Allowance (Consumption Code Article L121-20-4). So for all stays on the campsite, the customer does not have the benefit of the right of retraction.
Article 3. The Rules of the Stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures from the Rented Accommodation

Warning: €260 (€200 materials + €60 housekeeping) deposit will be asked for each accommodation on arrival, and which will be returned on the day of departure during reception opening times and after inspection of the accommodation.
Warning: €150 deposit will be asked for a 3 night stay.
3.2. A possible deduction may be made from the deposit for dirty accommodation. If the customer cannot be present during the inventory of fixtures, the deposit will be returned by mail.
3.3. Departure
If the key of the accommodation is returned after 12 noon, the customer will be charged a night or day visitor supplement.
All requests for extension of stay must be made at least 48 hours before departure date.
3.4. Animals
Only one animal is allowed per pitch and per accommodation. Allowed only for the ECO range, animals are not allowed in any other accommodation. With an animal the final cleaning option is mandatory. The animal must not be attached or left alone in the accommodation.
The management reserves the right to refuse any animal bigger than 15kg. Vaccination notebook required, to provided.
3.5. On the Campsite
During the season, wearing a leisure bracelet is compulsory on the campsite and it must be returned on departure.
All invited visitors coming to see people on the campsite are obliged to report to reception before entering the campsite and must obey the rules of the campsite.
As the law requires, customers and visitors must adhere to the campsite rules filed at the Prefecture and posted at Reception. A copy can be provided on request.
Article 4. Responsibility of the Campsite
The campsite management takes no responsibility for any damage suffered by camping cars, caravans or related equipment. It is compulsory for customers to have liability Insurance for this eventuality.
Article 5. Prior Right
These General Conditions are subject to French Law and any dispute relative to their application references the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commerial Court of Digne Les Bains.
