MOBILE-HOMES

From Saturday / Wednesday to Saturday / Wednesday
OUTSIDE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHOOSE DAY OF ARRIVAL
ON ARRIVAL : keys will be handed over from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Please phone camp office in case of late arrival.
ON DEPARTURE : mobile homes must be vacated before 10 am and will be
checked with the inventory after your departure. Holidaymakers are
required to clean the van ; if not the amount of 60 € will be deducted
from deposit.
ATTENTION : PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NUMBER OF PERSONS CANNOT
EXCEED THE NUMBER OF THE MODEL. ALSO THE NAME AND NUMBER OF
PERSON MENTIONNED ON BOOKING FORM CANNOT BE ALTERED
WITHOUT PRIOR AND WRITTEN AGREEMENT OF THE OFFICE. IF NOT THE OFFICE RESERVES ITSELF THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO THE MOBILE HOME.
PAYMENT : 30 % deposit is required on booking ; THE BALANCE MUST BE
PAID 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. Outside July and August balance can be
paid on arrival.
DEPOSIT : On arrival the van will be checked by yourself (without us) and
a cheque of 250 € will be required. This cheque will be returned through
the Post after your departure within a month.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION : made only in writing, the penalty for
cancellation will be :

• the total of the first installment of 30% if you cancel more than 30 days
before arrival
• the total of the high charge if you cancel less than 31days before arrival
CAMPING

STAY : Reservations from Sunday to Sunday in high season from 11/07
to 25/08 inclusive.
ANY DAY OF ARRIVAL POSSIBLE OUTSIDE THIS PERIOD.
Arrival from 3 pm / Departure before 11am.

• For any late arrival of more than 48 h, not reported to the office, will
involve cancellation of the booking in the above conditions.
• The mention 'emplacement of your choice' on the booking form is only
made to help us in the choice for an emplacement. If this one is not
vacant, another similar plot will be allocated without prior information.
PAYMENT :

Dates of booking must be paid in full.
Deposit required : 200 € = 25 € for booking fees + 175 € to be
deducted.
The balance has to be paid on arrival.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION : made only in writing, the penalty for
cancellation will be:
• the total of the first installment of 200 € if you cancel more than
30 days before arrival
• the total of the high charge if you cancel less than 31days before
arrival.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE

MOBILE-HOME TARRIFF : 13 € per week let
CAMPING TERMS TARRIFF : 10 € per stay of one month maximum
BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE, in the following instances :

• serious illness or serious accident or death to yourself or your spouse
(official cohabitant) or one of your relations in direct ascending or
descending line, son-in-law or daughter-in-law ;
• death to a brother, sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law ;
• considerable material damage to your property requiring your presence ;
• redundancy ;
• accident to or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan occuping on the
(direct) journey to the place you are staying at.

YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED :
• 20 % of the hiring fees in the case of an event occuring between the
date of reservation and the 30th day before the scheduled date from
which the reservation runs.
• 100 % of the hiring fees in the case of an event occuring less than 30
days before this date.
DURING YOUR STAY, should one of the above mentionned incidents occur
obliging your to shorten your stay, you will be reimbursed for the sum
corresponding to the part of your visit non-effected and which has already
been invoiced by the camp-site.

EXCLUDED FROM THE GUARANTEE
• damage arising from wars with foreign countries, civil wars, strikes,
nuclear or radioactive effects,
• damage caused intentionally by the insured person,
• suicide or attempted suicide by the insured person,
• accident, illness or death :
- occuring before the date the guarantee comes into force,
-subsequent to a chronic state of health,
- affecting persons aged over 80 years unless that person's death occurs
less than 5 days before the date from which the reservation runs.

WHAT TO DO IF AN INCIDENT OCCURS ?
• Notify the Management of the camp-site without fail as soon as you
know of an incident
which will prevent your departure and in all cases within 24 hours of the
said incident,
• Notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary
information and documents,
in particular :
- a medical certificate specifying the nature, origin and the seriousness of
the accident
or illness,
-a copy of the detailed account from your social security offices,
- a death certificate,
-all documents proving the incident,
All these documents should be forwarded to your insurer.
