Bookings and payment

All mobile homes are equipped with kitchen equipment, pillows, blankets, table and chairs on the veranda. 1 place for the car.ARRIVAL: after 16 P.M. - DEPARTURE: before 10 A.M.
PRICES INCLUDE: ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS, A/C, CLEANING FINAL SERVICE, 1st SHEETS (change 5,00 Euro per person) BEACH SERVICE (1 BEACH UMBRELLA AND 2 DECK CHAIRS), WATER PARK (about 15/05 - 15/09) , FITNESS CENTER ( 01.06.-31.08.), ENTERTAINMENTS and SPORTS TRAINING (about 01/06 - 31/08) . To bring: towels and kitchen linen.

WARNING:
Departure must be before 10 a.m. After this time one day more will be charged. The empty caravans or tents pay during the low or middle seasons: place + one person + during high season: place + two person. Dogs must always be kept on leash and are only allowed on the area for dogs at the privat beach. It's not allowed to bring dogs into the water. During the silence time from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is strictly forbidden to make noise, use car or any other vehicles and pitch or remove tents. The Management declines all responsability for possible damages and thefts. We advice you to deposit money at the Cash.
FOR MONTHLY OR SEASON TICKETS YOU CAN ONLY APPLY TO THE MANAGEMENT.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: the booking must be confirmed by sending 30% (by bank transfer or credit card) as deposit within 7 days from the request;

BOOKING:
- PITCH deposit 150.00 €.
-ACCOMMODATION 30%

In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked periode. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved bungalows until 5 p.m. of the following day. The management can not garantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.

CANCELLATIONS: In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:
- within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges will be refunded.
- within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges will be returned.
Beyond this limit of time no retund is due.
