Bookings and payment

Minimal reservation 3/7 days.
It's necessary for booking to pay a deposit of 25% of the amount of the whole period.
The reservation acceptance is depending from the place availability and will become definitive only after the direction confirmation.
When we allocate the laybies, we try to take into consideration all the customer's needs, but we cannot guarantee the lake places, near-by places, and so on.
Anyway, the whole period has to be paid in any case.
The pitches/flat/Bungalow/Cottage will remain available from 4 pm of the arrival day and is to be set free before 10 am of the departure day (12 am for the pitches). The amount must be settled on arrival.
Cancellation:
before 45 days the arrive it is free-charge,
between 45 till 15 days before the arrive it is 50% of the deposit paid,
between 15 till 0 days before the arrive it costs the total amount of the deposit.
In any case there is the cost of administration of 20,00 euro to pay.
The guest has to communicate if the arrive is after 9 pm.
In case the guest doesn't arrive, pitch, bungalow, flat, cottage become free after 12 am of the next day of the arrive booked.
