BUNGALOWS

BOOKING CONDITIONS

*On reservation, requests for a particular bungalow will only be noted and not agreed to or confirmed.
At all times, management reserve the right to allocate bungalows solely based on demand and the number of places available.

*Bungalows will not be rented to person(s) under 23 years of age, EXCEPT, at management discretion, to a family unit(parents-child(en) ) under that age.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

*On arrival, full payment, less deposit, is required for the full period reserved.
There is no discount for late arrival and/or early departure.
Your stay is guaranteed for full period reserved.
Note: in high season (Easter week/July/August) the minimum stay permitted is one week.
*All bungalows are available from 16.00 on day of arrival until 12.00pm on day of departure.
Note: Late departures after 12.00pm will be penalised a further day/nights rent.
*The price allows for only one vehicle per bungalow. Each additional vehicle will be charged at a daily rate set by management.
*All damage and/or breakages must be paid for prior to departure.
*On arrival, a cash deposit of 100€ or, (if preferred, provision of credit card details), is required. Please retain the receipt.
Prior to departure, the bungalow will be inspected and, as appropriate, your deposit ( or credit card details) returned.

BUNGALOWS PROVISION

All bungalows are provided with sheets, pillows and blankets.
Note: Towels are not provided.

All bungalows are provided with air-con, TV, microwave and basic kitchen necessities.
Note: Kitchen washing up and/or cleaning materials including cloths are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation costs are as follows:

-4 weeks prior to arrival: 30% of the deposit
-2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit
-Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of deposit.

Please provide bank account and/or credit card details for any refund(s) due.

PLOT / PITCH
* Pitch must be payed on arrival, after choosing the plot.
* Minimum stay will between between dates appeare at the booking form, booking only available for stays over a week.
*All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Except for non arrival on date reserved when a charge of 25% will be deducted, no actual payment is required until your arrival.

*Cancellation costs are as follows:
Less than 1 week prior to arrival: 100% of deposit.
