1.BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR BUNGALOWS
Before to occupate the bungalow you have to fill the entry form in the reception where the number of bungalow will be assigned and they will give you the key.
A deposit of 100€ per bungalow will be requested upon check in. This deposit can be paid by cash or credit card and will be refunded upon check-out once our staff has inspected the bungalow.
Upon check out our staff will inspect if there has been any damage and will check the inventory. In case of damage the amount corresponding to the damages will be deducted from the deposit.
In the event that the bungalow would be very dirty there will be a deduction of 50€ from your deposit to cover the cleaning expenses.
Pets are only allowed in bungalows Little Family and Family and only one.
Check-in time is 17h
The amount corresponding to the entire stay needs to be paid upon arrival.
Check-out time is 11am
In case of no-show your reservation will be held until 12am next day. After this delay the campsite can cancel your reservation without prior notice. Any pre-paid amount to secure the booking will not be refunded.
In case of early departure there will be no refund and the campsite will charge the amount corresponding to the entire stay.
If you wish to extend your stay, the campsite can assign a different bungalow as per availability.
In case you wish to come before the expected arrival date you need to inform the camping as soon as possible.
All claims must be addressed to the reception. We have complaint forms for this purpose.
Do not exceed the limit established for each type of people hosting, and in no case exceed the maximum limit of 7 people per bungalow.
All rates include the use of the campsite's facilities, including a swimming pool, showers, and sports areas. At the same time have the VAT included in the price.
The bungalow has towels and sheets.
Overnight visits to the bungalow are prohibited. The accommodation is only allowed to persons being registered at the campsite upon check-in. Any change is subject to the approval by the reception.
The bungalow is equipped with a fridge, tv, air conditioning, cooking utensils, tables, chairs and cleaning accessories. At the entrance you will have a list with an inventory of the contents of the bungalow, in case of checking that something is missing or that there is something in bad condition, contact the reception to replace it.
Damage or absence of any items will result on the loss of your deposit.
All the equipment available in the bungalow is intended to be used in the bungalow and not outside. It is prohibited to use the bungalow towels at the swimming pool or at the beach or to use any furniture outside the bungalow.
Tents and other camping elements cannot be placed outside the bungalows.
It is not permitted the realization of barbecues next to the bungalow, the campsite offers a barbecue area which can be reserved for the use and enjoyment of the guests.
Establishing a minimum stay of two nights as a general rule, except from 11 July to 23 August the minimum stay is five nights or multiples of five, setting as the day of entry and exit Saturdays.
A 35% prepayment will be made in order to secure and confirm your booking
Reservations are made in advance through the reservation system “Camping Data”. Once your booking request has been accepted there is a delay of 5 days to make the prepayment. After this delay, the campsite can cancel your booking without notice.
The prepayment can be securely made through “Click and Buy” by credit card.
2. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING IN BUNGALOW
Any booking cancellation must be notified to the camping by writing an e-mail to info@campingbellsol.com or a letter at least 31 days before the arrival date. Cancelations made 31 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge
Cancelations made between 30 and 16 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% charge
Cancellation of booking 15 days or less prior to the arrival date will entail a cost of 100% of the amount delivered by way of reservation.

Abans d'ocupar la Parcel·la s'ha de realitzar el tràmit de complimentar la fitxa d'entrada, a recepció, on s'assignarà el número de parcel·la.
Plot changes are not permitted without our approval. Camping elements are not allowed outside the plot and need to be 50cm away from the plot limits.
Non dangerous pets are admitted after the entry fee has been paid.
Check-in time is 13:00 pm
The amount corresponding to the entire stay needs to be paid upon arrival.
The maximum number of guests per plot is six people, including children
