Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions
A. In the event of cancellation between the booking confirmation date and 6 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental amount will be charged.

B. In the event of cancellation between 6 weeks and 1 week prior to arrival, 90% of the total rental amount will be charged.

C. In the event of cancellation between 1 week prior to arrival and the day of arrival, the full rental amount will be charged.

D. In the event of earlier departure or later arrival than booked, there will be no refund of payments already made.

E. You have to cancel in writing.

CANCELLATION FUND

It is advised to join the cancellation fund. By joining the cancellation fund, one can safeguard oneself from the cancellation costs of the rental accommodation/camping site, if one of the travel companions:

A. suddenly falls ill or is injured due to an accident;

B. faces a death in the immediate family, meaning passing of spouse, parents, parents-in-law, children or siblings.

Moreover, this fund will indemnify you from cancellation costs in case of involuntary unemployment of the family head. Joining the cancellation fund is only possible directly when booking. The cancellation fund offers coverage from the day of booking until the day of departure you filled in on the reservation request. In the event of early departure, due to one of the above mentioned reasons, refund will take place in proportion with unspent holiday days. In this event, you need to report the clearing of the rental installation/camping site at the reception. Used and consumed extras will not be refund in the event of early departure. To be eligible for disbursement from the cancellation fund, you need to provide a cancellation statement and documentary evidence.

In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of the premium of the cancellation fund and the booking costs. The premium is 5.5% of the total amount and EUR 5,- administration costs. These are mentioned as an extra service by default, but will be lapsed automatically if you haven't paid the amount of the cancellation fund at the due date.
