Bookings and payment
Booking conditions for a pitch:
•Up to 6 people and 2 cars are allowed per pitch.
•The booking agreement is accepted only for a stay of minimum seven days in high Season.
•The reservation is effective only with our agreement and when we have received
the booking form and the booking fees. Then we send a receipt to confirm the
reservation within a fortnight by mail or post mail in the 15 days.
•In campsite, the arrival is after 12 o'clock and the departure before 12 o'clock. The reception is closed between 12h00 and 14h00.
•If you don't notify us of any delay of your arrival the next day before 12:00, the
reservation will be automatically cancelled. The deposit is then not refundable in this case and if you stopped your stay before the end.
•Any delay, not announced the next day before 12:00, involves the cancellation
of the reservation
•The remaining balance for the complete stay must be paid on arrival or 8 days before
by bank transfer, by credit card, or in cash. If you leave before the end of
your stay, the booking fees and the balance won't be refundable.
•If you cancel your stay in certain cases of force majeure in writing 60 days before your
arrival, we return the booking fees to you without the file-management fees (25 €) and the booking fees. After this date, they won't be refundable
Rental conditions :
•Weekly rental is from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. (in high season), or the day
of your choice, before July 10th and after August 22th. For the weekend or mid-week rental (minimum 2 nights), the arrival is from 5 p.m. and the departure at the end of the stay before 3 p.m.
•The price of stay includes the mobile home, tithome (or caravan) rental for the number of people ( baby included) pointed in the contract and a vehicle on the place. It also includes water, gas and electricity, the access to all the campsite facilities (sanitary blocks, playgrounds, room fitness…) and all the benefits of camping (events, animations…)
•Deliveries are not which can be held concurrently. They are calculated on the price of stay and not on supplements.
•Any change in family composition or supplement (animal, car, and visitor) must be reported before arrival and will be subject to the rate week or night. The animals are accepted only after approval of direction (1 alone animal per accommodation) All rentals are personal and cannot be assigned or sublet. Any personal renting east.
•The remaining balance for the complete stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival by
bank transfer or by credit card. If you leave before the end of your stay, the booking fees and the balance won't be refundable.
REFUND: On receipt and after accepting the case, the balance of stay can be refunded in case of cancellation only in the cases listed below: Death of a member of your immediate family (parents, children), Loss of employment, accident or serious illness you down. No refund will be made in case of interruption of stay.
•A deposit of € 235 is required on arrival: € 200 for equipment and 35 € for cleaning (payable by cash). An inventory of fixtures will be made before your arrival and at your departure. The deposit will be refunded after inventory at your depart, or by transfer bank within a maximum period of one month, provided that the lease is left perfectly clean and deducting withholding allowances for any cleaning costs and damage.
• It is requested to make an appointment for controlling start between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (Weekdays) or from14h to 15h (weekends). The decision to start one night or early without inventory possible, amounts to an acceptance of the decision of the Directorate of possible withholding of all or part of the deposit. The customer cannot require that the Department conduct an inventory after hours provided for this purpose.
•Any delay, unreported before 12pm the next day, void of booking. The deposit will not be returned.
• For cancellations due to force majeure, received in writing 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be returned after deduction of fees including booking fee (70 €). After this period, they remain the property of us.
•
.General conditions :
•Each camper must go to the reception in order to inform the campsite manager of his arrival, and of the extra people. Your vehicle must be in your camping place. A deposit of € 20 is required for the entry badge.
•Visitors will be allowed to enter the campsite after being authorized by the campsite manager and under camper's responsibility of the tenant who receives them, and pay the fare visitor. They leave their vehicle in the car park at the entrance,
•It is up to the customer to insure himself and his own installations. The campsite management accepts no liability in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc…, or in the case of incidents which are answerable to the customer's public liability.
•Dogs must be micro chipped, vaccinated and leashed. The dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are not allowed in the camping site.
•We advise you to take out cancellation insurance from your insurance company. We propose to you chart FCC (French federation of Camp-site Caravanning) multi-advantages, including an insurance stay cancellation, civil responsibility, tenant's risks,…(contract on request or on www.ffcc.fr/boutique/adhesion.aspx)
•In accordance with the bylaws, the coal-fired barbecue is allowed in the campsite until June 30th. Only the electric barbecue or gas barbecue is allowed from July 1st to September 30th.
•Traffic is forbidden from 10.30 p.m. to 7 a.m., as well as any noisy activities except the animations proposed by the campsite management.
•The site reserves the right to use photos of its customers for its sales materials (except in case of refusal expressed by the customer upon arrival).
Staying on our campsite involves the acceptance of the campsite rules and regulations.
Any infringement of these rules will result in the expulsion of the offender.
