Bookings and payment

TERMS OF RESERVATION

All booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received a signed copy of the contract and the deposit (30%)

The balance will be paid one month before arrival. All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

An inventory of the accomodations will be made with the owner upon arrival.
A deposit of €150 is payable on arrival and will be returned on departure after checking the premises, if no damage has occured.

The tenant will occupy the premises peacefully and will use them according to their original destination.
Any modification in the terms of the stay with an incidence on the final price must be notified on arrival at the latest. The tenant will advise the management in case of delayed arrival. If no written notification is received 24hrs past the arrival date ,the lodging will be deemed to be available again without refund. No discount will be given in case of either late arrival or early departure.

Upon departure, the tenant commits himself to return the lodging as clean as found on arrival (or to pay 45€ for cleaning services).
All equipment listed in the inventory must be returned in its original condition & location. .
Any repairs , regardless of their importance, due to the negligence of the tenant will be charged to him/her .

Subletting is prohibited .

The owner will provide a clean lodging in conformity with its description and in good working order.
The tenant must vacate the premises at the time stipulated in the contract (9 to 10 a.m) or at a time convenient for the owner, after the inventory has been checked and the keys handed back.
The arrival time takes place between 4 p.m and 7p.m unless otherwise arranged beforehands between tenant and management.
The tenant will have 6 hours to check the inventory displayed.

Note that in the rent : electricity consumption, bed linen and TV are not included.
Electricity: 0.20€ / kW - TV: € 14 / week - Sheets: € 9 per double bed and € 6 per single bed (prices per stay)
Visitors are accepted, after notifying camping management, for a 2€/person daily fee .

Pets are accepted at the campsite,and will be charged € 1.80 per night regardless of specie or size, the owner must pick up their droppings no matter what (there is a 30€ fine for non-compliance to this rule).

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION :

Any cancellation at the tenant's initiative must be notified by registered mail or e-mail :

- Cancellation prior to 3 months before entering the premises : the landlord shall reimburse (within 30 days) the full amount of the deposit paid by the tenant.

- Cancellation in between 1 to 3 months before entering the premises : the owner retains the full amount of the deposit paid by the tenant.

- Cancellation within less than 1 month before entering the premises, the owner retains the full amount of the deposit paid by the tenant and the tenant must pay the balance of the original sojourn.
The camping offers (with no extra-charge to the insurance company's price) a cancellation insurance policy .
Consequently, no derogation from the above conditions of cancellation will be granted, however serious or legitimate the reasons may appear.

Staying at the campsite implies acceptance of those rules.
