Bookings and payment

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
1) All rentals shall be granted to named persons and may not be transferred under any
circumstances.
2) In the case of a late arrival, please inform us: in the absence of notice in writing from
the renter specifying that hey have had to defer their arrival, the pitch or rental will
become vacant 24 hours after the planned arrival time and no reimbursement will be
made.
3) The reservation is made subject to payment of the reservation fee of €15 and reception
of the signed rental contract accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the rental amount.
4) Cancellations can only be taken into account if you obligatorily inform the campsite in
writing. Charges will be made under the following circumstances: a) Less than 15
days before the arrival date specified in the contract, the entire cost of the stay and the
reservation fees will be charged.
b) Between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date specified in the contract, 50% of the
cost of the stay and the reservation fees will be charged.
c) Between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date specified in the contract, 75% of the
deposit paid and the reservation fees will be retained by the campsite.
5) Camping pitch rentals
a) The pitch will be available from 2pm on the arrival date and must be free at 12 noon
on the departure date.
b) The balance of the cost of the stay must be paid in full on arrival.
c) No reduction will be given in the case of a late arrival or early departure or a
change in the number of persons or installations requested (either for a part of or
the entire stay).
d) The installation days and extra people (visitors) will be paid for at departure.
6) Rental of mobile home or freeflower tent
a) These can be occupied from 4pm on the arrival day and must be
made available by 10am on the departure day.
b) The balance of the stay must be paid in full 30 days before the arrival
date. No reduction will be given in the case of a late arrival or early
departure.
c) The mobile home or tent is rented for the number of people indicated
on the rental contract. Any excess will be billed according to the
“extra person” tariff.
d) The mobile home or tent will be retuned in the same state of
cleanliness as when it was delivered. Otherwise the renter must pay
the sum of €60 as a cleaning fee.
e) A deposit of €300 will be required at arrival and will be returned at
the end of the stay unless the lodging has been damaged. This deposit
does not constitute a limit on your liability.
7) Animals: permitted (except categories 1 and 2) on presentation of a vaccination record,
must be kept on a lead. It is strictly forbidden to leave an animal alone in the rental.
