GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
PAYMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY
After receipt of your reservation and deposit we will send you, according to the spot available, a confirmation of booking.
For the accommodation : the balance of the stay is to be paid at least one month prior to the first day of rental. In the event the balance is not paid, your rental will be cancelled.
For the pitch : the balance of your stay is to be paid the day of your arrival.
All bookings for which the balance is not paid in accordance with the general terms of sale shall be cancelled.
Tourist tax is not included in our tariffs
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
For the rented accommodation : the rental runs from Saturday or Friday at 4 p.m to Saturday or friday at 10 a.m.
For the camping pitch : it runs every day from 14 p.m on arrival to 12 p.m on departure.
Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the whole period for which the accommodation or the pitch was reserved. If you have not arrived within 48 hours of the beginning of the period for which the reservation was made, we reserve the right to re-let the pitch or the accommodation.
If we are not advised ( in writing ) of a late arrival within 48 hours of the planned date, the management is entitled to re-let the pitch or accommodation, and you will not be entitled to any refund.
HIRE OF MOBIL HOME AND CHALET
The mobil-homes and chalets are hired out to a specific number of people. Any extra person can not be allowed. . Sheets and towels are not supplied.
All the equipment in your mobil-home or chalet is listed on an inventory and you will be asked 200 euros deposit on your arrival to cover it. This will be returned to you by post the week after your departure.
It is the responsibility of the client to clean his own mobil-home or chalet and at the end of his stay, the mobil-home or chalet must be in perfect conditions. Cost of cleaning is not included in the renting price. You are asked to leave the mobil home or the chalet in a perfecly clean condition at your departure. If it is not the case, an amount of 60 euros will be retained on the deposit for a mobil-home or chalet not properly clean.
The deposit does not represent the maximum sum the tenant could be asked to pay, should the repairs prove to be more costly.
HIRE OF PITCH
The rental of private cubicles runs from 12 p.m. on arrival to 12 p.m. on departure. The family cubicles are situated in the main toilet block, not specially next to your pitch. A deposit of 50 euros will be asked you at your arrival.
All tariffs include VAT. The VAT rate was fixed at 10%. If this rate changethe rental tariffs included VAT will be automatically changed
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be reported in writing.
In case of cancellation without cancellation insurance, the hiring fees will not be reimbursed.
The cancellation insurance (subscription when you book) which covers you should you be required to cancel or curtail your stay in the following instances :
Serious illness or serious accident or death to : yourself or your spouse (official cohabitant), one of your relations direct ascending or descending line, son-in-law or daughter-in-law. Death to a brother, sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law
Considerable material damage to your property requiring your presence
Redundancy
Accident to or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan occurring on the (direct) journey to the place you are staying at
If you have subscribed a cancellation insurance, you will be reimbursed :
-25% of the hiring fees in the case of an event occurring between the date of reservation and the 30e day before the scheduled date from which the reservation runs.
-100% of the hiring fees in the case of an event occurring less than 30 days before this date.
- the sum corresponding to the part of your visit non-effected and which has already been invoiced by the campsite if one of the aforementioned incidents occur obliging you to shorten your stay
The registration fees shall not in any case be refunded.
Cancellation insurrance price : 3% of the amount of your stay
LITIGATION: the tribunal d'intance de Vannes is able to solve any litigation.
CAMPSITE RULES AND REGULATIONS :
Residents are asked to respect the campsite rules at all times, especially those regarding night-time noise levels. Copies of the campsite rules and regulations are held at the reception. Tenant are responsible for any trouble or disturbance caused by the members of their family or holiday party whilst staying at the campsite. If a resident causes a disturbance or generally makes him or herself a nuisance to other holidaymakers due to inappropriate and irresponsible behaviour he will be removed immediately from the campsite, in such an event no refund will be given and person in question will be forced to pay for any damages caused whatsoever to the campsite or to other residents. Play ground reserved for children under legal complete and liability of their parents. Shorts are not allowed in the pool area.
