General terms of reservation

Any reservation implies the acceptance of the rules of the campsite and the conditions set out below.
Any rentals are nominative and may under no circumstances be sublet. For safety purposes, minors are allowed on the campsite if they're not accompanied by their parents. Anyone who are in the campsite should respected the interior rules. In case of infringe-ment, the management reserves the right to evict without notice and to terminate the contract, the entire stay will be due and acquired
1.STAY:
Rentals accommodation are from Saturday to Saturday in high season. Arrival from 4 to 8p.m and departure before 10a.m. In low season, arrival possible every day from 3 to 7p.m, departure before 10a.m
Rentals pitch are everyday according to the opening hours of the reception, departure before 12p.m. A blue European plug is to be expected for electricity.
Any rentals (pitch and accommodation) are for a specified number of persons. If the number of persons exceeds the capacity of the rental, management reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite for reasons of compliance and security. One vehicle by rental, additional vehicle will be billed (maximum 2 vehicle by rental). Your animal is permitted in the campsite if they've been declared at the reception and pay extra. Your animal must be on a leash. You need to have with you a valid vaccination booklet. The excrement of your pet must be picked up by you, and do outside of the campsite. Pets 1st and 2nd category are prohibited.
2.STAYING COST
Any reservation become valid after reception of the contract completed, signed and accompanied by the deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay and after confirmation by the management of the campsite. A certificate sent by email will confirm the out-standing balance (unless modified after receipt of your contract).
For rental accommodation: The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival without sending you a reminder. After this period, if we have not received your payment, we consider your reservation canceled, we reserve the right to re-rent within 24 hours and all amounts paid will be acquired at the campsite. For any reservation less than 30 days before your arrival, you must pay the total amount of the rental when you book.
For rental pitch: The balance is to be paid the day before your departure. Any delayed arrival must be notified to us in writing. If no information is received on this subject, we reserve the right to re-let the site within 24 hours and all amounts paid will be acquired at the campsite.
The tourist tax is for person more than 18 years old: 0.50€ by night by person.
3.CANCELLATION
Rental accommodation: For all stay cancelled more than 30 days before your date of arrival, the deposit will be retained. For all stay cancelled less than 30 days before your date of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be retained.
Rental pitch: All stay cancelled more than 30 days before your date of arrival, 25€ will be retained. All stay cancelled less than 30 days before your date of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
For these reasons, we advise you to subscribe to the cancellation and interruption of stay insurance. This insurance is optional and represents 3% of the cost of the stay. In the event of cancellation or interruption of stay, the campsite shall not be held liable. As a result, this will not result in any refund from the campsite. The insurance premium must be paid in full at the booking of the stay and not refundable. The cancellation and interruption insurance refunds all of the amounts paid before arrival and the amount of the unused stay calculated prorata temporis in case of premature return (except tourist tax). In case of disaster you must notify the company within 5 days. 4.DEPOSIT
A deposit about 150€ will be requested when you arrive (by cash or credit card). The deposit will be refunded on departure less any costs of refurbishing the accommodation and the value of missing or damaged equipment.
80€ will be retained if the rent is not made in the best possible state of cleanliness.
