Preamble
The lease rental is reserved for the use of equipment Paluet. In any case, the City Council Matour can not be held liable for the use of its contracts with third parties. Rates

Timetable of arrivals and departure

Theft, loss, damage

Payment
All bookings to be accepted, must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of total price exclusive of fees. The remaining 75% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellation
In cases of partial or total cancellation, a cancellation fee on total booking will be applied per unit, according to the following conditions:
- Acceptance until 46 days before arrival: the full amount paid or forfeit the 25% deposit and fees.
- From 45 days to 16 days before arrival: 50% of total price, plus fees.
- From 15 days to 7 days before arrival: 80% of total price plus the fee.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of total price plus the fee.

Interruption
The established rates are fixed, no refund can be requested by a purchaser who would be deprived of his doing any service whatsoever, even in case of illness or accident resulting in a shorter duration of activity commissioned or its extension.

Cancellation of stay
For reasons beyond his control, the Paluet may have to cancel a trip. In this case the repayment of such sums paid, excluding any damages, the Paluet disclaims all responsibility if cancellation is imposed.

Fee Schedules
Pets
Pets are allowed (except category 1 and 2) They must be leashed at all times and are not allowed in public places frequented by tourists (washrooms, toilets, swimming ...) Pet owners should bring their immunization records updated and justified when they arrive on site they are adequately insured vis-à-vis third parties. A supplement is due per day per pet.
Security / guarantees deposits
For chalets and equipped tents, we ask you to deposit guarantees: one for the household (40 to 60€), one for failure (200 €) by check, cash or good CB. This lump sum by habitat is required upon arrival at home, and returned as a rule, end of stay or within two weeks, subject to missing or damaged. This deposit is a guarantee of accommodation clean and in good condition to establish the order of the Treasury.
Tourist tax
It concerns people with 13 years of age. It is compulsory to be paid directly to the home on behalf of the municipality. This fee is not refundable in case of early departure.
Check vacation and holiday vouchers
Please note that Paluet is accredited by the National Agency for holiday vouchers, holiday vouchers and VACAF FCA. We accept these checks holiday for settlement benefits or stays Leasehold
