GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES - Outdoor Hotels
Article 1: A rental chalet, mobile home, bungalow or camping site will be taken into account and will be effective only after having duly completed the rental contract and after paying the company Aquadis Loisirs, the down payment asked for the latter. Article 2: The rental agreement, the fact that you sign this contract requires you to accept all terms and conditions of sale. Article 3: In the case where the specific request for accommodation can not be satisfied, the customer is entitled to cancel his reservation and to be refunded the deposit paid. Article 4: In case of breach of contract, the deposit will be retained and the balance must be paid as severance pay contract. Article 5: The rental agreement will show a specific date of arrival and departure. Article 6: The rental contract commits the reservist to pay the entire stay even in case of total or partial absence. Article 7: All rentals are registered and can not be assigned or sublet. Article 8: The lease becomes effective only after receipt of a deposit payment of an amount determined on the contract. Article 9: In the absence of mail from the client, stating that he had to postpone the date of arrival, the location becomes available 48 hours after the date of arrival provided by the rental agreement, and full payment of benefits remains required. Article 10: Concerning the hirings, a deposit, determined according to the tariff chosen and depending on the date of reservation (included between 30% and 100% of the total amount of the stay) is asked for the reservation. The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the arrival date or on arrival at the campsite when the customer has not booked. Note that for stays less than or equal to 6 nights, the deposit requested is 100% of the total amount of the stay. Article 11: For any changes in dates of stay, it can not be guaranteed the same location, cottage, mobile home or bungalow. Article 12: It is recalled that in application of the provisions of Article L221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, none of the services offered by Aquadis is subject to the right of withdrawal. Any interrupted or abbreviated stay (late arrival, early departure) of your event will not give rise to a refund. Article 13: Liability insurance is mandatory. Article 14: Any dissatisfaction with the state of cleanliness, or the general condition of the rental must be notified no later than 24 hours after arrival, in order to remedy this. No complaint will be admissible more than 24h after the day of arrival. Every camper is required to respect the rules of the campsite, posted at the reception, he is responsible for the troubles caused by the people staying with him. Failure to comply with the rules of procedure may result in the expulsion of the camper. Article 15: At the conclusion of any written contract, the consumer is informed by the professional of the possibility of resorting, in the event of dispute, to the procedure of mediation of the consumption under the conditions envisaged in title I of the book VI (Article L. 211-3 of the Consumer Code). Article 16: Cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation guarantee offered by Aquadis. No refund will be made without subscription of the cancellation guarantee.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
Article 1: The cancellation guarantee is optional. Article 2: You subscribe the cancellation guarantee by completing the heading provided for this purpose. You then accept all the terms and conditions listed below. Article 3: The sums guaranteed by the cancellation guarantee contract correspond to an indemnity of breaking of the lease contract and in no case may not exceed the total amount of the rental stay. Article 4: For the customer who does not come, who does not prevent or who evokes a request for reimbursement within the framework of the guarantees must be the object of presentation of justifying. Article 5: The cancellation guarantee ceases to have effect from the beginning of the rental and can not be applied even under one of the following grounds. Any stay started is due in full.
MECHANISM OF THE CONTRACT
BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE: If any of the events occur: Serious illness or serious accident or death, one of your ascendants, descendants, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law of a brother, sister, brother-in-law, a sister-in-law accident of your vehicle and / or your caravan, you will be refunded of 80% of the amount of the hiring out expenses of files and guarantee cancellation in the event of event occurring between the date of reservation and 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into use of the reservation. The cancellation guarantee loses its effects and is no longer valid in case of cancellation occurring within 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into use of the reservation. DURING YOUR STAY: Any stay started is due in full. ARE EXCLUDED: claims caused by foreign war, civil war, strike, nuclear or radioactive effects, intentional claims by the insured, suicide or attempted suicide of the insured, accident, illness or death: occurring before the effective date of the guarantee, resulting from a chronic poor health condition, reaching a person over 80 years of age unless a death occurs less than 5 days before the date of the beginning of the stay. nervous breakdown resulting in hospitalization less than 3 days. WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IN CASE OF LOSS? Within 24 hours, it is imperative to inform the campsite management as soon as you become aware of an event preventing your departure. Notify Aquadis Loisirs within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and documents including a medical certificate specifying the nature, origin and severity of the accident or illness, a copy of the statement of your health plan, a bulletin of death, ... any proof of the event.
