- Réservation ferme dés la réception des arrhes de 130 euros par semaine ou 30% pour WE et courts séjours.
- Le retour du coupon réponse ou de la confirmation de location implique l'acceptation :
- du paiements du solde à l'arrivée, du Dépot d'une caution de 100 euros, remboursée le jour du départ , après visite de la location rendue propre entre 8h,30 et 10h,00, ou du paiement d'un FORFAIT de 50 euros pour NETTOYAGE par nos soins.
- le respect des installations et du règlement.
- Possibilité de résiliation pour évènement grave avant le 1/05, remboursement des arrhes sous déduction d'une franchise de 30 euros.
