SALES CONDITIONS
RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS :
The rental accommodation can only be taken into account after ha-
ving signed the booking contract and added down payment of 25%
of the total amount of the rent. This will be deducted from your in-
voice, as well as a 18
non refundable booking fee.
All of this needs to be sent to us by post.
For camping pitches, the payment of the balance is done on the day
of arrival.
For rental accommodations, the balance must be paid 30 days prior
to the arrival date.
The booking for the rental will only become effective after our ap-
proval. After the reception of the booking contract, youll receive a
confirmation, which you need to show at the reception of the camp-
site on the day of arrival.
Stays without a booking must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
In case of a late arrival or an early departure, no reductions will be
allocated, even in case you informed us about your late arrival. The
non payment of the balance on the agreed date will lead to the in-
validity of the contract by right, without formal notice.
Changes in the contract may be subject to cancellation.
Preferences indicated during the booking will be taken into consi-
deration depending on availability, without the campsite being lia-
ble for it.
In case of a late arrival, the Direction must be informed. The cam-
ping pitch or rental accommodation will remain at your disposal
for 24 hours. After this delay, the Direction can use the camping
pitch or rental accommodation. Any offense to these rules can in no
case lead to compensation from the Direction.
For security and insurance reasons, the total number of persons al-
lowed per rental accommodation can not be exceeded. The lessor
refuses the access to persons when the capacity is exceeded.
The tenant commits to respecting the internal rules of the campsite
of which he declares to have taken knowledge.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS:
Minors can stay on the campsite, providing they are accompanied
by an adult. They also need to present written approval of their pa-
rents and a booking contract signed by one of their parents or legal
supervisors.
ARRIVALS-DEPARTURES:
Campers and tenants need to respect the clauses of the internal
rules of the campsite.
Camping pitches:
The camping pitch is available from 2 PM on the day of arrival. You
need to vacate the pitch at 12 AM at the latest on the day of de-
parture. After this hour, an extra day will be invoiced. At the end of
the stay, the camping pitch must be left in the original state.
Rental accommodations:
The rental accommodation is available from 3 PM to 8 PM on the
day of arrival and the departure must take place before 11 AM.
Upon arrival, a warranty deposit of 300
will be asked of you (250
for the material and 50
for the cleaning). This warranty deposit
is given back upon departure, after the final check-up and when
the accommodation is completely clean.
For the final check-up, you must take an appointment at the recep-
tion, on the day before you leave at the latest. In case of a depar-
ture outside the standard hours and when the rental
accommodation has been left in a good state, the warranty deposit
is sent back by post as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS:
In case of a late arrival or cancellation of your stay, you need to in-
form us in writing as soon as possible. When we receive no infor-
mation whatsoever, the pitch becomes available again from the next
day 12 AM. It can then be allocated to another customer; however
the full payment of the stay must be done as compensation.
In all cases, the cancellation must be done in writing, to the atten-
tion of the Direction.
In case of cancellation, the booking fee and the costs for the can-
cellation insurance will be kept or invoiced. In case of breach of the
contract, the following will be kept: an amount equal to 25% of the
total amount of the stay when you cancel before the 1st of June
2014 and the full amount of the stay when you cancel after the 1st
of June 2014, or when you do not show on the planned day of ar-
rival. For cancellations from our side, except in case of an act of
God or a mistake from your side, the payment is refunded in full.
Your rental contract includes a proposition to take out cancellation
insurance.
Insurance:
Tenants and campers must be insured.
The Direction declines all liability in case of theft, fire, bad wea-
ther... or other damage that falls under the liability of the tenant or
camper.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on the camping pitches and in the rental accom-
modations. They need to be kept on a lead and registered at the re-
ception. Pets are not allowed at the swimming pool, in the shops
and other buildings, and their vaccination booklet must be up-to-
date.
The access for dogs of category 1 and 2 is prohibited. (Ministerial
order of 30/06/92, 22/01/1985, 06/01/1999). Make sure pets do
their business outside the campsite.
Internal rules:
Each camper must respect the internal rules of the campsite.
The Direction reserves the right to exclude persons from the camp-
site, without prior notice or refund, who do not respect the internal
rules or who have provided incorrect information about the occu-
pants of the camping pitch or rental accommodation.
Children fall under the sole guard of their parents, who are legally
responsible for them, especially when they use the playing equip-
ment and the swimming pool. Wearing swimming trunks / swim-
suits is compulsory. Boxer shorts are prohibited.
