TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The reservation is only valid after payment of the deposit and confirmation by the campsite management.

FOR PITCHES
1.Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12 noon (12 noon) on the day of departure.
2.The balance will be paid upon arrival on site. Any changes must be announced on arrival.
3.The pitch will be reserved for 24 hours only after the scheduled arrival date unless a delay is announced by mail, email or telephone. After this period the management will take back the pitch, the deposit and the booking fee will not be refunded.

FOR RENTAL ACCOMMODATION (MOBILE HOMES, TENTS, UNUSUAL, MAISONETTES, ETC.)
4.Rented accommodation can be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
5.The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the date of arrival (otherwise the reservation will be cancelled). No reduction is due in case of late arrival or early departure.
6.Rented accommodation is rented for the number of persons indicated. Any additional person will be charged extra according to the current rate. The management can refuse the rental if the number of persons exceeds the maximum number of persons indicated for each rental. Small children are considered as full-fledged persons, in case of doubt please contact the campsite reception.
7.The inventory must be the same at the beginning and at the end of the stay. In case of breakage or loss, please report it to the management.
8.A security deposit of 250 € must be paid by the tenant when exchanging the keys and will be returned, less any deduction for cleaning, loss or breakage.
9.The inventory must be checked at the beginning of the stay and any anomaly reported to the management within 24 hours. Otherwise, the tenant may be held responsible for any shortfall in the inventory.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
Any request for cancellation or modification of the stay must be sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected], by telephone (+33 5 49 02 61 47) or by post to the following address: Camping Le Petit Trianon, 1 Rue du Moulin de Saint Ustre, 86220, Ingrandes. Any cancellation or modification of the stay will result in the application of the fees below according to the date on which the request is made.
We can only refund the amount by cheque or bank transfer (all bank charges will be at your expense).

STAY CANCELLATION FEES

- More than ninety (90) days before the first day of your stay: Ten (10) % of the total amount including tax of the cancelled Order.
- Between ninety (90) and thirty (30) days before the first day of the Stay: Twenty-five (25) % of the total amount of the cancelled Order including tax.
- Between twenty-nine (29) and seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: Twenty-five (25) % of the total amount (including VAT) of the cancelled Order: Seventy-five (75) % of the total amount of the cancelled Order including tax.
- Less than seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: One hundred (100) % of the total amount of the cancelled Order including tax.
- Any booking fees, insurance and other possible options will be retained at one hundred (100) % in the event of cancellation of the accommodation.
- Any Stay started will be considered as fully executed and will not give rise to any reimbursement. No reduction is due in case of late arrival or early departure.
If the Client renounces, during the Stay, to one or more of the services ordered, the Client may not demand any reduction in price from Petit Trianon.

COSTS OF MODIFYING THE STAY

- More than thirty (30) days before the first day of the Stay : Ten (10) % of the total amount of the modified Order including tax.
- Between twenty-nine (29) and fourteen (14) days before the first day of the Stay: fifty (50) % of the total amount of the modified Order, including taxes.
- Between thirteen (13) and seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: fifty (50) % of the total amount of the amended Order, including taxes: Seventy-five (75) % of the total amount of the modified Order including all taxes.
- Less than seven (7) days before the first day of the Stay: One hundred (100) % of the total amount of the modified Order, including taxes.

No fee shall be applied in the event of a change in the names of the Client's companions or the number of companions, provided that the number of companions does not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation offered by Le Petit Trianon.
In the case of a reservation comprising several accommodations, the cancellation of one or more of the accommodations contained in the file will result in cancellation fees for the accommodations in question.

RATES
The prices indicated are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to modify the rates at any time. Stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of booking, subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly.
Offers and promotions are non-retroactive and cannot be combined.

DISPUTE MEDIATION
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the mediation process for consumer disputes, the customer has the right to use the mediation service offered by Camping Le Petit Trianon free of charge. The mediator consumer law thus proposed is MEDICYS. This mediation service can be reached by: electronic means: www.medicys.fr or by post: MEDICYS - Centre de médiation et règlement amiable des huissiers de justice - 73, Boulevard de Clichy, 75009 - Paris.

Registration for one of our stays implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
