Bookings and payment
General conditions of sale of rental (cottages and cotton lodge) and location.
Any rental is nominative and can under no circumstances be transferred or sublet.
RESERVATION:
1 / The option: the period between the request of option of the customer and the reception of the contract accompanied by the deposit by the camping can not exceed one week under penalty of losing the benefit of this option.
2 / The reservation will only take into account the booking contract duly filled in and the installments paid. Only the persons mentioned in the contract will be able to stay in the campsite.
3 / The accommodation number is allocated according to availability. The location number can be determined by the manager on the day of arrival. The arrival is possible from 16h until 20h and the departure must be between 8h and 10h30.In location the arrival is possible between 13h and 20h and the departure must be done between 8h and 11h30.Tout Overtime will result in an additional night's charge.
In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Outside these months the reservation can be made from another day of the week.
4 / Terms of payment: A deposit of 25% of the total price of the service ordered and the booking fees must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be settled one month before the date of arrival, in the absence of full payment one month before the beginning of the stay, the managers reserve the right to consider that the reservation has been canceled with the consequences stipulated in the termination paragraph.
The full price of the stay is payable upon booking in the following cases:
- for any amount less than or equal to € 50
- from 15th June for any reservation made less than one month before the arrival date.
Booking fees are never refundable.
5 / Arrival: A deposit of 305 € will be paid (check or cash) on the day of arrival at the key collection and will be returned on the day of departure after an inventory and after verification of the conformity of In the original condition of the premises. In the absence of conformity, a deduction will be made for the cost of restoring the premises and the value of the missing or damaged equipment.
A sum of 47 € will be deducted from the amount of the security deposit if the rented accommodation has not been cleaned up in accordance with the internal regulations which require the customer to clean it.
DELAY AND / OR EARLY DEPARTURE:
In the absence of a message from the client specifying that he must have deferred the date of his arrival, the site becomes available 24 hours after the date mentioned in the contract of reservation and the amount of the stay will be acquired at the campsite the Moulin de Sainte Anne.
Early departure or late arrival does not give rise to any refund.
TERMINATION:
In case of cancellation which must reach us by registered letter:
- up to 12 weeks before the scheduled arrival date the deposit will be refunded, less booking fees.
- between 12 and 6 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, less booking fees.
After this time the sums paid will remain at the campsite the Moulin de Sainte Anne.
In the case of a cancellation to the grievances and complaints of the campsite le moulin de Ste anne, the total amount paid by the client will be returned, including registration fees.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
However, if he wishes, the customer can subscribe to a cancellation insurance paying by mentioning it on the contract of reservation.

RULES OF PROCEDURE:
The client undertakes to respect and ensure respect by the persons accompanying him / her, the internal rules of the campsite which will be brought to his knowledge by posting at the entrance and reception of the campsite or provided at his request.
INSURANCE:
It is compulsory for the customer to benefit from a valid insurance to guarantee the risks of theft, fire, water damage, civil liability, third party remedies.
ANIMALS :
Only one dog per rental is permitted according to the price in force (except prior agreement with the management) cats are prohibited in the chalets (except prior agreement with the management)
Dogs (except those of the 1st category which are prohibited in the campsite), cats and other carnivores will be accepted only on a lead and after presenting their valid vaccination card.
They must be taken out for their hygienic walk and will not cause any noise discomfort.
PRICES :
Attached is the extract of the rates in force for the year, the customer declaring having taken note of them.
PAYMENT :
Payments are possible by:

- bank transfer by IBAN (please specify the identity declared at the time of your reservation request)
-card (CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard)
VISITORS:
Visitors must present themselves at the reception and declare their identity. Their visit is subject to a notified charge on tariffs.
CLAIMS:
Although the campsite does its utmost to make your stay pleasant, it would not be held responsible for external events, which would reduce or even cancel your stay.
