General Sales Terms

The rental contract is personal and exclusive to the parties that signed: the contract cannot be sold or let onwards and is only firm after approval by the Camping Management and receipt of the guarantee deposit and the booking fee.

The approval by the Camping Management is subject to the tenants respect of the entrance terms of the camping site (summary here below):
- the « Centre de loisirs et du tourisme du lac de St-Cricq » is only open for holiday – and leisure purposes and stays,
- its access is prohibited to freight transport and professional vehicles,
- only persons with a fixed residence and a valid insurance have access,
- the rental prices concern the rent of the camping pitch, other services and products are to be considered accessories of this rent,
- dogs have to be vaccinated and tattooed and must stay on the chain.

At all times and until the first day of rental, the camping management has the right to modify the camping pitch or any equipment allocated and offer any equivalent services.

The full rental fee or the amount that remains to be paid after a deposit, has to be paid no later then 30 days prior to arrival. No discount will be applied for late arrival or early departure.
Without a written confirmation that the arrival had to be postponed, the rental will be released to other campers as from 48 hours after the scheduled arrival. The full rental fee will nonetheless be claimed. We cannot handle or take into account any telephone messages.

Cancellation

Cancellations can only be confirmed by regular mail. The post stamp will be a prove of the date.
Upon cancellation more than 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the following amounts will be retained:
- booking fee: 25 Euro
- 20% of the total rental fee
Upon cancellation less than 16 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the following amounts will be retained:
- booking fee: 25 Euro
- the total rental fee

Cancellation insurance

A cancellation insurance enables the tenant in certain cases to receive reimbursement of the amounts due upon cancellation.

All campers are obliged to respect the campsite rules.

In the event of dispute the Courts of Tarbes (Hautes-Pyrénées) have sole jurisdiction.

Cancellation Insurance PALLAS

Prior to your departure, in case of one or more of the following events :

- serious illness, accident or death of the policy holder or a member of their family, including aggravation of an already existing illness,
- serious material damage to the policy holder's main or secondary residence or their place of business,
- theft in either private or business premises 48 hours prior to departure,
- redundancy for economic reasons of the policy holder,
- a new labor contract for the policy holder, for an unlimited period, signed after the reservation date,
- damage to, or theft of the policy holder's car and/or caravan, on the way to the camping.

Reimbursement scales:
From reservation up to 30 days prior to departure: 20% of the total amount of the rental.
Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount of the rental.

During your stay, if one of the above mentioned events obliges you to shorten your stay:
Reimbursement au prorata temporis, the service provisions not used.
