Bookings and payment
Article 1 – General Conditions of Sale Application
The present General Conditions of Sale automatically govern all vacation sales that take place via www.camping-lemoulinduroy.com. They are an integral part of every contract ratified between the campground and its clients.
Every client acknowledges that he/she, and every person in his/her vacation group, has taken knowledge of the present General Conditions of Sale prior to all vacation reservations.
In accordance with the applicable law, prior to ratifying any vacation sales contract, the present General Conditions of Sale are made available to all clients for information purposes. They may also be obtained by sending a written request to the establishment's head-office.
Article 2 – Reservation Conditions
2.1 Prices and Payment:
The indicated vacation prices are in euros, VAT included. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that vacation tax is not included in the price.
All requests for reservations shall be accompanied by a down-payment cheque of 25% of the quoted price + 10 euros as a reservations fee (payment will be refunded if the request is not granted). Within 10 days after acceptance of the request, a completed and signed contract will be sent to you, along with an indication of a possible, additional down-payment, and the outstanding balance to be paid upon arrival. Within 10 days of receiving this contract, it must be completed and signed, and then returned to us. The reservation becomes effective only after receipt of the down-payment and after receipt of the duly-completed and signed reservation contract, or, for online reservations, acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
Campsite reservations: the basic fixed-fee includes a site for 1 or 2 persons in a tent, caravan, or camper, access to the sanitation facilities and reception. Rentals are granted to specific individuals and cannot be transferred. Rental only becomes effective after our approval and reception of the total vacation price, along with reservation fees.
Cabin reservations: rented cabins come furnished (a list is displayed in each facility and is available on the internet site), with the exception of drapes, tablecloths, and bath towels. Depending on the facility, the basic fixed-fee includes from 2 to 4 settings. Rentals are granted to specific individuals and cannot be transferred. Rental only becomes effective after our approval and after receipt of the total vacation amount, along with the reservation fees. The campground reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families whose size exceeds the capacity of the rented cabin.
Group Reservations: A group reservation is defined as the rental of more than 4 cabins by a single physical person, or different persons within a group travelling together for the same purpose, and dates. The cabins offered at our internet site are exclusively for individual clients. For group reservations, you must contact us by telephone, email, or by clicking “Contact” in site's header menu. We reserve the right to examine all reservations before accepting or rejecting them.
2.2 Reservation Modifications
No discounts will be granted in the case of late arrivals or early departures.
2.3 Cancellations
Reservations not completed in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale will be cancelled.
All cancellations must be made by registered letter.
If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the vacation's start-date, the down-payment, and all administration fees, will be kept by the campground.
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the vacation's start-date, the outstanding balance of the vacation cost will become due.
You may purchase cancellation insurance in accordance with the conditions applicable as at the date when the contract is signed. (Information is available at: www.camping-lemoulinduroy.com).
2.4 Withdrawal Option
The client does not benefit from any order withdrawal rights because the legal provisions concerning the right of withdrawal in the case of remote sales, as specified in the Consumer's Code, are not applicable to tourist services (See Article L.121.20.4 of the Consumer's Code).
Article 3 – Vacation Rules
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For campsites: Arrivals shall take place after 12 noon, and departures before 12 noon.
For cabin rentals: Arrivals shall take place, every day, after 3 pm, and departures before 10:30 am.

A minimum cleaning cost of 50 euros will be charged if you do not leave the rented site/cabin perfectly clean. If you cannot be present during the site/cabin inspection, the security deposit will be returned to you by mail.

As specified by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations which have been submitted to the prefecture, and are displayed in our reception area, and available upon request.

Article 5 – Litigation
All claims concerning facility non-conformance to contractual commitments must be sent, by registered letter, to the campground address within the 30 days following the end of the vacation.
