General terms and conditions of sale Flower Campsites
The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the rental of camping pitches and/or rental accommodation within our campsite.
By reserving a pitch and/or accommodation on our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these GTC.
1/ Services - Rates
We offer bare pitches and rental accommodation for rent.
Bare pitches
This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motor home.
The price of your stay is calculated from a basic package which includes the rental of the pitch, the possibility for 2 people to stay on it, the possibility to install 1 tent, 1 caravan or 1 camper, 1 vehicle in addition to the tent or caravan and access to the reception, entertainment and sanitary facilities, a connection to the electricity network.
Nature package: 1 pitch for 2 people, 1 camper van or 1 car with a tent or caravan.
Comfort package: Nature package + electricity 10 amps
Privilege package: Basic or comfort package + electricity + riverside or riverside + Pergola.
Additional costs (extra person, extra vehicle, pets...) are not included in the above-mentioned packages and will be added to it.
Rental accommodation
Our prices include the rental of accommodation according to the number of people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas and electricity charges, vehicle parking, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.
A security deposit of (220 €) will be requested following your reservation OR upon arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within eight days by post from the date of your departure. However, we reserve the right to keep part or all of it in case of damage to the accommodation and/or its contents and/or equipment on the campsite.
We also reserve the right to deduct the sum of (70 € ) for cleaning costs if this has not been done at the time of departure.
Common provisions
The prices indicated are inclusive of all taxes and do not include tourist tax.
Whatever the formula adopted (bare pitch or rented accommodation), additional costs will be charged for extra vehicles, extra tents, animals, visitors...
No brochure or website can be free from omissions or printing errors. Our prices are also subject to change according to economic and commercial conditions. The contract price, due by you, is the following
affixed to your booking confirmation.
2/ Booking conditions
Booking modalities
You can make a reservation on our website: www.camping-florac.com, the website www.flowercampings.com or by phone.
All reservation requests must be accompanied by :
•the payment of a deposit of 15 % including the cost of the stay, including the price including all taxes of the booked services, and, if applicable, the tourist tax,
•13 euros administration fee,
•and the contribution for cancellation insurance (if taken out).
The reservation made is only binding upon receipt by you of a written confirmation of your reservation by e-mail, summarising all the information relating to your stay.
The balance of the price of the stay, including the price of the booked services including all taxes and, if applicable, the tourist tax, must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid within the aforementioned period, the stay is considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.
Any reservation made less than 30 days before the date of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless you are informed of more favourable conditions.
Right of withdrawal
According to Article L. 221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to accommodation, transport, restaurant and leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific time.
Maximum capacity
For safety and insurance reasons, the number of occupants may not exceed the capacity of the type of accommodation or pitch reserved (1 to 8 people maximum, depending on the capacity of the accommodation or pitch), including newborns. If we observe on your arrival that the maximum capacity of the accommodation or pitch reserved is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation or pitch reserved, without refund of the price of the stay on our part.
Clients - Minors
For safety reasons, minors who are not accompanied by their parents or grandparents during their stay are not accepted in our campsite, unless we have given you prior permission to do so, by e-mail, upon request.
3/ Terms of payment
Accepted methods of payment
You can pay for your reservation or your stay using the following methods of payment:
Credit card, French bank cheque and postal cheque, holiday vouchers.
However, by way of derogation, reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay must be paid exclusively by credit card.
Visiting customers
For stays on pitches without a reservation (passage), you must pay on arrival at least the first night. You are also responsible for indicating to the reception the desired length of stay or extension of stay. The balance is to be paid at the latest the day before departure; please note the opening hours of the reception desk. In case of payment in advance and early departure, no refund will be made.
4/ Stay
Handing over the keys
Rentals: arrival from 4 pm - departure before 10 am
Pitches: arrival from 12.00 noon - departure before 12.00 noon
Your wishes for a specific pitch or accommodation on the campsite can only be met by our reception facilities on your arrival.
Your accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you left; in particular, you must have cleaned it yourself.
Late arrival and early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure from the dates mentioned on your booking confirmation, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be able to claim any refund for the part of the stay not carried out.
Animals
Dogs and cats, except category 1 and 2 dogs, are allowed on our campsite. We require dogs to be kept on a leash within the campsite grounds. Please respect the hygiene and the environment of the campsite. The health book must be presented on arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccinations and a tattoo certificate are obligatory.
Rules of procedure
During your stay you must respect the campsite's internal rules and regulations, a copy of which is posted at the reception. We are at your disposal to send you a copy by e-mail on request.

During your stay, we may be required to take photographs and/or make videos within the campsite for entertainment and/or communication purposes on which you and the persons accompanying you may appear. By confirming your reservation, you are deemed to authorise us to use the photos and/or videos on which you appear for the aforementioned purposes. You are also deemed to have this authorisation by the persons accompanying you. Any specific refusal must be notified to us by e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Unavailability of certain services
One or more of the services we offer (swimming pool, restaurant, activities, entertainment, etc.) may be temporarily unavailable during all or part of your stay. We cannot be held liable in this respect; no partial or total refund of the price will be made as a result.
Cancellation of the reservation contract in the event of a fault on your part
The booking contract will be automatically cancelled in the event of the occurrence of any of the following events:
-In the event of repeated non-compliance, i.e. once again noted after a formal notice to bring you into compliance notified by email, by you and/or your companions of our rules of procedure.
In this case, you will have to leave your accommodation or pitch within 2 hours of the resolution of your contract, which will be notified to you by email. We will not refund any price,
-If you do not show up at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will dispose of your accommodation at the end of the aforementioned 24-hour period. If necessary, we will keep all the sums that you have paid us; no reimbursement will be made.
5/ Modification of stay
You may request to change the dates and/or conditions (type of accommodation) of your stay at our campsite, provided that your request reaches us by email at least 21 days before the initial arrival date.
However, you will have to book a new stay at our campsite during the same season as the initial stay, according to availability and current rates. Your initial stay cannot be changed more than once. If you are unable to honour the stay substituted for the initial stay, it will be considered as cancelled; the sums paid will not be refunded.
If the price of the substituted stay is higher than the original stay, you must pay the difference no later than 30 days before the new arrival date. Failure to do so will result in the substituted stay being considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below will apply. If the price of the substituted stay is lower than the price of the initial stay, we will retain the difference in price, as compensation for the prejudice resulting from the change of stay.
6/ Cancellation of stay
Cancellation by you
Any cancellation must be notified to us by e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt; it will take effect on the date of its first presentation by the postal services :
•If your email/mail is presented more than 30 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit paid, the booking fees paid and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance will be retained by the campsite.
•If your mail is presented between the 30th and 15th day before your arrival, the amount of the deposit and the booking fees paid at the time of booking, and, if applicable, the sums paid for cancellation insurance at the time of booking, will be retained by the campsite; the balance of the price of the stay will be the subject of a credit note to be used for a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay or during the following season. If you have booked your stay less than 30 days before the date of your arrival, and if your cancellation letter is presented 15 days or more before this date, the sums corresponding to the amount of the deposit, the booking fees and the contribution linked to any cancellation insurance referred to in article 2 of these GTC will be retained by the campsite; the surplus will be credited to a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay or during the following season.
•If your mail is presented less than 15 days before the date of your arrival, the totality of the sums paid to the campsite will be retained.
In order to obtain possible compensation, we advise you to take out a
Cancellation or interruption of stay insurance at the time of booking.
Notwithstanding the above, if your cancellation is due to the fact that you are staying in an area where a containment measure prohibiting the persons residing there from moving around to prevent the spread of Covid 19 is in force on the date of the start of your stay, the amount of the deposit paid, the booking fees paid and, if applicable, the sums paid under the cancellation insurance remain the property of the campsite; the surplus will be the subject of a credit note to be used on a future stay at the campsite, which must be booked during the same season as the cancelled stay or during the following season. This, even if your cancellation letter is presented to us less than 15 days before the date of the beginning of your stay.
Cancellation by the campsite
If we have to cancel a reservation that we have confirmed, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and you will receive a full refund.
• Exceptional cancellation
As part of our confined reimbursed offer, reimbursement is guaranteed in the event that it is impossible to get to the campsite due to collective sanitary restrictions (administrative closure, administrative restriction of movement, national or regional confinement, closed borders) for any reservation made before 31/03/2021.
Apart from this offer, the general terms and conditions of sale apply.
7/ Claims - Litigation
Any eventual claim related to a stay must be made in writing, and sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days of the end of the stay.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution within one month of receiving the aforementioned letter of complaint, you may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator, provided that you refer the matter to him/her within one year of sending your letter of complaint.

8/ Personal data
When you make a reservation or during your stay, some of your personal data may be collected and processed by us.
When the booking is made via our website or the www.flowercampings.com website, the way in which the data collected prior to or in conjunction with the booking is processed is subject to the privacy policy or the general terms and conditions of sale that you accept prior to the confirmation of the booking.
The personal data collected during a reservation made by telephone or during your stay are as follows:
-Name and surname of the person making the reservation,
-Telephone number that made the reservation,
-Email address of the person who made the reservation
-Date of birth of the person making the reservation and of the accompanying persons These data are collected and processed on the following basis:
-Your consent,
-The necessity to allow the execution of a reservation contract concluded between us.
No one other than us and the company Flower (Société par Actions Simplifiée with a capital of €92,500, registered in the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under no. 492 355 508, having its registered office at Les Espaces de Balma 4-5, 16 avenue Charles de Gaulle, 31130 BALMA) has access to the data collected.
The data collected are processed for the following purposes:
-The execution of a reservation contract concluded between us,
-The management of your possible complaints,
-The maintenance of our customer file,
-The implementation of commercial prospecting actions by us and/or the Flower company,
-The management of our accounting.

The data collected will be kept for 5 years following the end of the stay for the other data, except in the case of a dispute not settled at the end of this period, in which case the data will be kept until the end of the dispute.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, it is specified that each person has the following rights with regard to his or her data: right of access, right of rectification, right of deletion (right to oblivion), right of opposition, right to limit processing, right of portability. Each person can also define guidelines for the storage, deletion and communication of his/her personal data after his/her death.
Each person may, for reasons relating to his or her particular situation, object to the processing of data concerning him or her.

Any person who is the victim of a breach of any of the above-mentioned rights may lodge a complaint.
