Bookings and payment

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Chalets will be ready for occupation from 5pm to 7pm and they should be vacated between 8am and 10am.
- Arrivals on pitches from 1pm to 6pm and departure before 12 a.m.
- During July and August, the chalets are only rented from Saturday to Saturday.
- All rentals are nominal and can not be transferred except with written agreement from a responsible of “Relais de l'Entre deux Lacs”.
- Without written notification from the costumer of any change in the date of arrival, the rented accommodation will be released 24 hours after the date off
arrival mentioned on the contract and the total due for the stay will still be payable. Phone-calls are not acceptable.
- All costumers are asked to respect the internal rules of the campsite.
- Only the law-court of Albi has jurisdiction in case of dispute.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
A copy of this contract, duly accompanied by 30% of the total price of the rented accommodation, plus the booking fee, must be forwarded within 15 days.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
On arrival, you will be asked for 2 safety deposits:
-300€ which will be returned to you, subject to an inspection of the premises, between 8 and 10 on Saturday mornings.
-60€ for cleaning which will be debited if the hire is not clean
All breakages will be deducted from the deposit.
For a camp-pitch, return a copy of this contract, duly accompanied by the payment as explained above.
! No discount will be agreed by later arrival or earlier departure !
METHODS OF PAYMENT (see our pricelist)
INVENTORY
Accommodation comprise : cooker, fridge, cooking utensils. A full list is available on request.
Square pillows and duvets are supplied.
You are expected to bring your own sheets, pillow-cases and tea-towels.
CLEANING
The premises should be left clean and tidy. If not, a package of 60€ will be deducted from your deposit.
PETS
Pets are allowed , maximum 1 per rental or pitch, in the accommodations (2 €/day), if not a nuisance for the other holiday makers but should be kept
on leash on the site.
Vaccination certificates are obligatory.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
Please note. Your provisional reservation is for 15 days. Please confirm your reservation by returning the contract within that time. Failure to do so will result in
the reservation becoming void.
