Bookings and payment
I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING
1. Down-payment and booking fees: When booking, a down-payment corresponding to 25% of the price of the stay is requested (50% for bookings outside of July and August) as well as an additional 25€ booking fee. Booking fees are offered for stays outside of July and August.
2. Confirmation: On receipt of your completed and signed contract, accompanied by your down-payment, the cancellation insurance form (optional) and the booking fees (non-deductible and non-refundable), we will send you a booking confirmation, subject to availability. All bookings are name-specific and may neither be transferred nor sublet.
3. Minor: In case of a booking of a camping space by a person under 18 years of age, the latter shall be accompanied by one parent upon arrival and upon departure. In such a case, a parental authorization is also requested at the moment of booking for all participants under the age of 18.
4. Civil liability insurance: Since your civil liability insurance covers your stay, please indicate the name of your insurance company and your policy reference number.
5. Internal rules: All tenants must comply with the camping site internal rules as well as that of swimming pools (available on our website or on request).
6. Image rights: During your stay, you can be photographed or filmed. The campsite reserves the possibility of using any video supports or photograph where you could appear for publication on any type of media. In case of refusal, you must notify it within 24 hours of your arrival via the form available at the reception.
II. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL
II.I MOBILE-HOME:
1. Fees include:
- The rental of the model selected based on the number of people indicated in the rental agreement;
- The parking of a vehicle close to the mobile-home;
- Water and electricity consumption;
- The use of the mobile-home indoor and outdoor equipment: refrigerator, kitchenware, hotplates, garden chairs and tables, bedding and all elements in the inventory;
- Access to camping site facilities (water slide, swimming pool, games, table tennis, entertainments, etc…).
2. Full payment of the stay: The outstanding amount of your booking fee is to be settled 30 days prior to your arrival date. The occupancy tax (“taxe de séjour”) is to be settled upon arrival.
3. Deposit: Upon arrival, two security deposits by credit card are requested: 250€ for damaged or missing equipment and 50€ (for 1 to 4-place mobile-homes) or 80€ (for 6 to 8 place mobile-homes) for cleaning costs. Your deposits will be refunded within 10 days after our control.
4. Entry and Exit inventory:
- Upon arrival, please carry out an ENTRY inventory of your rental, using the paper list that you must hand back to the reception desk within 24 hours. You must report any abnormal condition within 24 hours. Claims filed beyond that timeframe shall not be considered.
- Upon departure, an EXIT inventory of your rental shall be carried out. Based on this verification conducted by us, we will appraise the housekeeping of the rented premises. If we consider the cleanliness to be satisfactory and items don't be damaged or missing, both deposit checks shall be returned to you in the envelope provided. If we consider the cleanliness don't be satisfactory, the relevant 50€ or 80€ cleaning deposit check shall be cashed in. Should items be damaged or missing, the 250€ deposit check would be kept, the items concerned repaired or replaced and the relevant invoicing established accordingly. Your 250€ deposit check would be returned to you after payment of the invoice for the items concerned or after reception of a notice of coverage by your civil liability insurance policy.
5. Arrival and departure:
- In July and August, minimum stay of nights (minimum 3 nights in Evasion Confort) and arrivals on Saturdays from 4 pm to 8 pm / departures from 8 am to 10 am. Any arrivals before the agreed time and date might result in the holidaymakers being unable to take possession of the rented premises unless exceptionally authorized to do so by the managers. Any rental not vacated at 10 am shall entail additional invoicing.
- Outside July and August, other arrangements re provided for arrivals and stays. These arrangements are communicated by the camping via the brochure, the internet site or in e-mail or hard-mail exchanges.
II.II CAMPING SPACE:
1. Prices cover:
- The rental of the camping space for 1 or 2 persons with a tent, a caravan or a camping-car;
- The parking of a vehicle on your pitch;
- Access to restroom facilities with hot water;
- Access to the camping site facilities (water slide, swimming pool, volley-ball court, games, table tennis, entertainment, etc.).
Please bring your European electrical socket adapters to connect to the grid.
2. Full payment for the stay: The outstanding amount due for your stay is to be settled upon arrival. The occupancy tax (“taxe de séjour”) is to be settled upon arrival.
3. Deposit: a deposit will be required upon arrival for any lent equipment (badge, bracelets for swimming pool, etc.)
4. Arrival and departure: Arrivals everyday between 2 pm and 8 pm / departures before 12 am. All arrivals before the agreed date and time might result in the holidaymakers being unable to take possession of the rented premises unless exceptionally authorized to do so by the managers. Any camping space not vacated at 12 am shall automatically be charged an additional night.
II.III INFORMATION REGARDING ANIMALS:
Animals are accepted at the applicable rate (except in the 2019 to 2021 models mobile-homes) subject to compliance with hygiene rules (food, sleeping arrangements and pet hair). Animals must not be left alone inside or outside the rental. They must be kept on a leash, tattooed and vaccinated. Their health booklet must be in your possession at all times during your stay. Category 1 and 2 dogs, and rodents are not accepted in the camping site. Animals weighing more than 13 kg are not accepted in the rentals.
III. DELAY, STAY INTERRUPTION OR STAY CANCELLATION*

The rental should be taken in before 8 pm on the arrival day mentioned in your contract. Any late arrival must be signaled before 7 pm so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival on the site. Rentals are kept until 11 am the day after the planned arrival date mentioned on the contract. After this delay, without news from your part, the rental will be vacated.
III.II STAY INTERRUPTION*
1. Any stay interrupted, shortened or ending in anticipated departure as a result of your own decision will not entitle you to any reimbursement. Dates reserved are to be paid in full.
2. A stay interruption must be notified in writing (postal mail – registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and/or e-mail – with acknowledgement of receipt in response by the camping). For reasons relating to organization, no phone message shall be taken at the camping reception desk.
III.III STAY CANCELLATION*
1. Stays cancelled as a result of your own decision will entail the following:
- In case of cancellation 30 days or more than 30 days before the planned arrival date: the down-payment made at the moment of booking is kept as compensation for breach of agreement.
- In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the planned arrival date: the down-payment is kept and you are liable to pay the full amount for your stay as compensation for breach of agreement.
2. A stay interruption must be notified in writing (postal mail – registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and/or e-mail – with acknowledgement of receipt in response by the camping). For reasons relating to organization, no phone message shall be taken at the camping reception desk.
3. The cancellation conditions can be changed according to government measures taken in the context of an epidemic or a situation of force majeure.

IV. CANCELLATION INSURANCE
IV.I GENERAL INFORMATION
For a camping space, the cancellation insurance fee is 14 € per booked stay (from 1 to 30 day(s), beyond, please check with us).
For a rental, the cancellation insurance fee is 2.50 € per night booked and per accommodation.
A subscription form will be forwarded along with your stay confirmation, should you wish to opt for cancellation insurance.
IV.II PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW
Any delay, any stay interruption or any stay cancellation must be followed by:
1/ a written confirmation of your cancellation request including the reason thereof (postal mail – registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and/or letter remitted in person to the camping manager and/or e-mail – with acknowledgement of receipt in response by the camping).
For reasons relating to organization, no phone message shall be taken at the camping reception desk.
2/ a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt with the justification of the event which we shall forward to our insurance company.
3/ Our insurance company then takes over and proceeds with the management of your delay, stay interruption or cancellation files.
IV.III GUARANTEES
The cancellation guarantee covers the fees for breach of agreement should any one of the following events occur:
- Disease, accident or death affecting a member of your family,
- Complications of your pregnancy before the 7th month,
- Substantial material damage affecting your goods or property and requiring your presence,
- Redundancy on economic grounds,
- Accident or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan during the trip.
This list of events is given for indication purposes and does not reflect the full extent of the general terms and conditions of the cancellation insurance agreement. Our insurance company makes independent and sovereign decisions regarding reimbursement based on its contractual terms. The cancellation insurance is optional.
V. MEDIATOR
In case of dispute and after having seized the client service of the campsite, any client of the campsite has the possibility to seize a consumer mediator, within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to the campsite.
