Bookings and payment

SPECIFIC CAMPING REGULATIONS:

- The reservation of the plot will be kept until 8 pm on the day of arrival, being cancelled after this time if we do not receive a notification from you.
- The maximum occupation is 6 people for the plot.
- The time of entry and exit is at 12h. On request and according to availability there may be the possibility of late check-out until 18h (not available from 22/06 to 01/09).
- We remind you that dogs declared as dangerous breeds or their crosses (you can check the official list) are not allowed. The rest of the dogs will only be allowed to enter the campsite if they have an up-to-date vaccination and insurance card. This must be shown on arrival.

SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION:

- The entrance time is at 16h. and the exit time at 11h. (from 21/06 to 12/09, the other months the entrance is at 14h. and the exit at 12h.) This is the time when we guarantee that all our accommodations will be ready. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can use all our facilities while waiting. But we inform you that the cleaning is done according to the internal organization and not according to the order of arrival of the clients.
- On the day of departure, you will have to free the accommodation before 11 am, but you can also stay and enjoy the facilities if you wish until 4 pm. In the low season, there may be a greater flexibility, but you can only request and receive confirmation at the reception of the campsite.
- The prices are for all the people that we indicated like maximum amount in each lodging, also they are for a single vehicle.
- On arrival at the campsite, you will have to pay 100 Euros as a guarantee for possible damage, which will be returned on departure once the general check and inventory has been made. If considered appropriate, 50 Euros will be discounted for the cleaning of the accommodation (on arrival your accommodation will be clean, on departure you must leave it the same).
